Then I booked the Formula Yas 3000 experience, details can be found here: www.yasmarinacircuit.com/en/drive/formula-yas The experience takes about an hour, including registration, suiting up, briefing, driving, and post. Driving licence (> 2 years) required (if you book in advance, upload it, and sign their waiver). It's 500 dollar per person; you pay some 40 dollar extra to receive the video recording of your drive; there are no discounts. The car has a semi-automatic gear box: you use the clutch with your left foot to go from neutral to first gear, and from then on you only shift up and down with the paddles on the steering wheel.
