Happy Valentine's Day, Mr. Sheng Yilun! I love this drama and also Ten Years of Sunshine. For a change, he is a couple of years older than the FL of this drama in real life, though he looked younger than she in a lot of the scenes. This movie version is great too, but I still wish it had included the first scenes from the full drama with Sheng Yilun in costumes and his beautiful expressive eyes filling the screen. I am waiting for season 2.
Sheng Yilun is so great in romantic roles. I love how he finessed those kissing scenes. Gu and his family were so honorable and as such, they never suspected that the Bai guy was unscrupulous enough to steal into their collection room and read about their family history, which he likely used to concoct the story he told the fl. Bai had no reaction towards her in the first scenes and only took notice of her and took credit for what Gu and his family did for the FL as his own initiatives to gain her favor, after Gu told him to find out more about her. Also, in Gu’s dreams, the woman knew about the painting. She told Gu that the painting was her portrait. I would not be surprised if he made all his money when he was Gu’s assistant, investing on projects Gu did the sculpturing for before the information became public. Making use of insider information can make even a moron rich.
Just a suggestion but…. Could you put the music lyrics in smaller font at the very top of the screen? It’s confusing trying to read captions mixed with lyrics. Please and Thank you!!!

I'm enjoying this show so far but I'm trying to figure out how they think the statue looks exactly like her cause I cant see it LMAO
