"Is this good James Franco?" This is one of the few roles where I enjoy this Franco. Fabius is such an idiot 🤣🤣🤣 and I love his off-key singing and chivalrous ideals.
Loved this movie as a teen thought it was hilarious and still do to this day but no one got it and the critics panned it shame we don’t get movies like this any more
It's a great movie. I think it has been highly underrated! Natalie Portman...what a dish! There are some very funny lines in this movie. "You're too late. The fuckening has begun!" LOL!
skippign around almost 9min in seeing capt winters from band of brothers, that guy from that steven king movie Dreamcatcher (2003) didn't expect to see him after the silly puppet and dirty jokes Was thinking it mighta been another silly movie with an orc and an adventurer fighting a dragon. They also had like a medieval batmobile battlewagon type carriage.
this is an excellent, very adult, "r" rated, fantasy film parody. odd how such adult humour can sound so childish. normally i'm not a big fan of silly, immature humour but this film pulls it off real well. the film cracks me up. glad someone had the courage to react to it. i just recommended it on another reaction channel. thanks for the video.
Not everything lands, and I wish Danny was a bit less himself 😅, but the cast is fantastic, the parody of high adventure is spot on, and the whole movie is a lot of fun.
"That feeling is all too familiar. It's been burning in my beaver since the day I lost my brothers." Fun Fact: Theatrical debut of Amber Anderson. Hot Take Fact: Natalie Portman struggled to keep a straight face and kept losing it over the "burning in my beaver" line which she stumbled with and the scene had to be filmed 4 times. What Script Fact: Although the film was written by Ben Best and Danny McBride, the dialogue is heavily improvised. Director David Gordon Green said there was never a script used on-set. Only the plot outline and written notes were used. Casting Notes Fact: Natalie Portman admitted she only did this movie because there was some uncertainty if Black Swan (2010) would get green-lit by a major studio. She signed on to this film for a paycheck, and used it to help finance Black Swan herself, should the need have ever risen. However, Black Swan got green-lit, and went underway fairly easily, and Natalie got stuck doing this film having already signed on. The filmmakers used a body double for the scene of Natalie Portman diving into the lake. The official reasoning was that it was an insurance issue, but Danny McBride heavily implied that it was because Natalie Portman didn't want to bend over in the thong. But Portman said in an interview that she didn't want to dive into the water because it was too cold.
Is that ginger the dude from band of brothers 🤔 yo they had ta give that catfish with a shower cap a happy ending 🤢😂🤣 this movie was goofy mayne, I fux with it tho

It's always great to find a movie that resonates with you through the years!
Critics are worthless sellouts anyways. Always pay attention to watcher reviews, not "critics"

Hot redheaded guy: "I also had brothers once. A whole Band of Brothers. But that was several Winters ago. Several MAJOR winters ago."
