He was such a gentleman through the tours, I was not surprised that he didn't buy one. If I had his money I would keep looking for the right luxury home. These were not up to par for a rich film producer!!
Nevertheless, if I were to pick one from the 3, I would go with number 2. It was the warmest out of the 3 and they kept mentioning a great location for that one.
Love the white beam on house no 2. The dining chair is beautiful. Spacious, bright open space. No 3 is huge. Grand entrance. Master bedroom👍😊. Love to see more of your videos🤗.

I know he seems like a kind deserving man may God bless him with his family his home and loved one around him may he find an wife as sweet as he is and many blessings ...i love seeing deserving people blessed ..i loved his hones awe and his wows i think i saw tears my heart exploded i know what its like to have nothing and then be blessed financialy as well.its humbling in itself

Encino Hils, it just has to be Encino hills, but I would turn the basketball area into a bowling alley. This home has such a warm and welcoming feel to it, I guess this has to Jean Guys choice, it would be mine! Good luck to him, I think he will feel right at home!
