Ingredients For -
1: Chicken Hot Garlic sauce:-
chicken boneless 500gm
ginger garlic paste 1tsp
salt 1tsp
white paper 1tsp
chili flakes 1tsp
black paper 1/2 tsp
egg 1
refined flour 2tbsp
corn flour 2tbsp
oil for frying
For Gravy:
onion shell
red bell paper
yellow bell paper
green bell paper
chopped garlic 1tbsp
chopped ginger 1tsp
chopped green chili 1tsp
oil 2tbsp
schezwan sauce 3tbsp
dark soya sauce 1tsp
red chili/hot chili sauce 1-2 tbsp
tomato ketchup 2tbsp
vinegar 1tsp
slurry 2tbsp
water 1/2cup
2: FOR FRIED RICE
1cup basmati rice boiled with water and salt
chopped beans
chopped carrot
chopped cabbage
Yellow /red/ green bell paper
chopped garlic 1tbsp
chopped ginger 1tsp
chopped green chili 1tsp
chili sauce 1tsp
soya sauce 1/2tsp
white paper 1/2tsp
salt 1tsp
egg 2
fried chicken pakora
coriander leaves
