How could this happen? Didn't DeSantis declare climate change a scam?
Miami just reported the second of two pumps was NOT WORKING! This went on in the 1960's and 1970's. Us old timers know that the weather is getting back on track. There was areas people did not build because of Summer rains. A lot of our homes were built on stilts and we used swamp buggies and jeeps! 4 wheel drive was a must to get around.
I thought climate change was illegal in Florida.

I haven’t been able to leave my house in four days! This rain has been unbelievably relentless. I’ve lived in Miami all my life and I’ve only seen this type of rain during a hurricane, except that hurricanes don’t last for five straight days!

@@tshaffer9681 lol give it some time. Hurricane season has just begun. Just be careful what you ask for! A lot of people in Miami (including myself) were praying for rain because it had literally been MONTHS without any, and you see where that got us 😆
