Personally wish either of Shillong Lajong FC or Gokulam Kerala or Inter Kashi get promoted to ISL next year. Regional Rivalries are great for the league. Take for instance Man Utd and Man City in EPL or even Mohun Bagan and East Bengal in earlier I-League and now ISL. Northeast United could have a similar rivalry with Shillong Lajong or Kerala Blasters can have a similar one with Gokulam Kerala. It will help ISL grow and more importantly it will contribute to generating more interest among general sports fans. I would like Inter Kashi to get promoted purely because it will help expand Football to a new region in India. Uttar Pradesh is the most populous state and yet has no representation in the Tier 1 football league of India. This is sad and needs to change.
