Can't really say if there is someone better but pros have pretty much the same mechanics the difference is there are way more consistent player in the league
Depends on the hero and environment :) Carpe has been kinda benched in the league recently, only coming out when philly have to play double Hitscan, so one could say mn3 is just straight up better on Hitscan, meanwhile carpe has the insane tracer. There definitely are players who are better than him, from lip, to imo profit, maybe proper but he's more of a flex player.
Carpe is an absolute legend. One of the best dps players ever. However he is DEFINITLY not the best of all time. Hes close, but he is overshadowed by Fleta, Striker, Birdring, and ESPECIALLY Profit. Profit is the greatest dps of all time no questions asked. The others are close, but Profit is the goat.
@@elplink1 i mean proper has won two titles with 02 blast. he’s also been in the scene since 2018. so i mean it’s not like proper just came about recently or anything. profit has only been in the scene just a couple of months more than proper.

And not only that, his Apex win, his owl win, his kickoff class win, if you watch the vods you will see that profit was mvp on every single grands match. Proper is a prodigy and a soon to be legend. And I can say that now he’s definitely better than profit. But of all time? Not even close.
@@elplink1 the competition wasnt relevant in early 2017. 2018 is when people started to get really good at the game. Anything before that doesn't count as a win. The only relevant things Profit has won has been the OWL in Season 1, and two stage tournaments. For the greatest player of all time to only have that few accolades after playing in the league for 5 years is not great. Ans did that in one season if you remember. Proper has two contenders titles which is much more impressive than two monthly tournaments. It is definitely more impressive than an Apex win. They've been playing for about the same amount of time but proper has more relevant accolades. It's unfair to discredit his contenders wins just because he was not able to play in the league. Also, Profit only has one MVP nomination even though he's considered to be the best player of all time. In my opinion, neither of them are the best of all time. I think that belongs to Choi.

Striker is still greater and LIP has surpassed him too. Hé is great but let’s calm down a bit eh lmao. Don’t bring skill into this, in terms of skill he isn’t even top 30 dps. Listen I came here to praise the man but I can have people disrespect the actual greatest players. Carpe is a legend in his own right, iconic player and an OG. Don’t force me to argue against him. I love him.
