Sour Grapes will forever be Garam's (short lived career's) magnum opus and swan song due to her incredibly gorgeous and sweet vocals. With that said, Kazuha did a serviceable job singing her new lines and the others did a beautiful job too. Overall a beautiful song, easily still my fav in their discography.

@@VV-jb4cs Her scandal was affecting the group way too much. Since all the people involved in Garam's scandal were minors Hybe wasn't able to make all the info public and had to let her go for the group's and her own sake.
All i can say is that hybe really hit the jackpot with kazuha. She's so talented for someone who's been trained only for 3 months. She's such an all-rounder. A complete package (vocals,rap,dance,charisma,visuals) indeed.

I think people like it because they have music for every taste, from reggae to ballads, you choose depending on your tastes and not only that but the music is listenable and enjoyable... damn hybe is onto something

I love many groups and i know there is many K-pop groups outhere with great music but when it comes to stanning i can't help myself but Stan HYBE artists like i love HYBE artists music it's very versatile and regardless of the genre the songs are always well produced and are so good so even when i don't like an specific genre of music i still ended up liking the song because of how well produced the songs are also they release lots of songs that fit with my music taste so yeah People can say whatever they want about HYBE but one thing people shouldn't deny is 1. How talented their artists are , 2. How good the music is 3. All their artists have amazing dance and stage presence . This year most of the songs i love and have on repeat on my playlist come from HYBE artists .

I'm so shock that almost all of Garam's line are now Kazuha's line. They're both have a very different vocal tone. But somehow it's so satisfying to hear Kazuha singing more (I thought SouMu would only gave it to Chaewon and Yunjin, turns out it's for Kazuha, although I was hoping the lines split equally to 5 of them).

I actually came across some hate comments towards kazuha, eunchae, & sakura vocals in anti fragile videos, which are unfortunate since they can't appreciate how unique their vocal tones are.
We are so accustomed with high picthed girl group songs that some of us feel strange when they heard low & deep vocals in them.
Le sserafim members are amazing singers, sure there are lots of things they need to improve. But nevertheless, they deserve praises and love! 💗
kazuha sakura eunchae have low voices which is rare in a group to have low tone members more than hight pitched members and that make them unique. i hope people stop thinking that cant reach highnotes means they can't sing :(

I just saw some posts like that in twitter saying while they can bear with kazuha’s vocal, eunchae & sakura vocal are unbearable, so bad & nasally. They said they only like chaewon & yujin part in “good part” & hate the rest.

They speak as if they understand singing. They cant tell apart low & deep vocal from bad vocal or tell apart hate comment from opinions. The girls have vocal teacher to teach them singing. There’s no way HYBE would let them to debut if they are that bad & nasally
imo kazuha's vocal tone is really pretty!!! just needs more training, same with sakura and eunchae. they had so few training time but it's amazing that they sound good already.

LOL, Some haters come here to drag Ssera girls. They sing with a backing track but this video’s sound was edited. Check the individual member (especially Chawon) fancam and u guys will hear their singing voice louder than this edited sound video version.

@@nuhazeba7832 you didn't hear... three days ago the girls got in a car accident and Chaewon and Yunjin suffered muscle pain and got bruises from it. They didn't receive anything serious, but I hope both girls take it easy.
I'm pretty sure this is pre-recorded before the car accident happened as HYBE said that they are going to stop Le Sserafim's promotional activities until both of them are fully recovered. I don't think they would recover that quickly even if they only got minor injuries

not a fan but all the drama made me curious so watched this and her fancame, they are different takes the fancame one was a different live recording and this one is difeerent may be for broadcasting only. i chedcked comments and they were pointing 1:29 you can hear backtrack but the short hair girl starts singing at soochi~ something so you can here difference when she starts singing.. also 2:49 night~ vibration you can do that with normal face like you just have to move your jaw she's clearly doing that.. so ya they were live

Garam truly did add more character and vibe to the song, from the way she started it to the bridge and the way she ended it w love is sour, love is sour, grapes.
I'm not hating on the group as 5 at all but I agree. She did make the song sound more relaxing and calm if that makes sense. I'm sure these girls feel uncomfortable deep down singing it without Garam since she had alot of lines but they did great :)
If they’re not going to sing live they might as well give Sakura some lines in her range. People keep bringing up the documentary as an excuse when she mostly mentioned being less confident pre-debut. The girl has been in the industry enough years to sing four proper lines in the studio

They did, in fact, sing live. When a performance is streamed live, the editors enhance the sound by increasing the volume of the backtrack (a recording of the song that is played in the background). Almost every time a performance is streamed online, the editors slip in a few autotuned notes, pitch changes, etc. (I don't see why they do this instead of streaming their live vocals (nobody is perfect), but it's the editors choice). If you view the official fancam, you can hear LE SSERAFIM's voice more clearly. They did NOT lip-sync. It is a heavy backtrack layered with LIVE vocals.
Unfortunately it’s prerecord over backtrack. In mr removed videos you can differentiate better. Look at Chaewon’s missed part, there should be a layer that sings late. However she sings right on time. That means it is prerecord + backtrack. Many kpop groups do that for perfection. I wish they sing live without a backtrack at least when they are not dancing.

Its live, the video was played with the backing track to the max volume but if you listen carefully or have good ears, you can hear double voices because of the live singing. Watch the fancams of this performance too you can hear them sing live over backtrack clearer. Their mics were on 🤗

@@Straw_cherry but pre-recorded means that whatever you sing a little differently from the original wouldn't be heard (cause it sounds just like original) and its pretty hard to remember if you try to memorize those changes to lipsync unless u just sing it live. I heard yunjin changed the lyric a bit when she sang a part.
