Bosnia and Hercegovina is divided into three sections/entities: Federation of Bosnia and Hercegovina, Republika Srpska and Brčko District. Republika Srpska's territory is bisected by the other two, one half of it is near Serbia where the other half is actually over by Croatia. Republika Srpska is also the official name of Serbia in Serbian. Yes, they are two different entities that share the same name in Serbian.
