Yun bang makailang beses ka ng tinanggihan ng at least 2 henerasyong Presidente at napaka coincidental na dahil napabalitang nalagay sa bingit ang buhay mo bigla bigla naibigay sa iyo matapos ka tanggihan ng 2 beses ng Presidente na yun. AGAIN, dito sa Pilipinas ang NA award ay isang politically influence award.

Hats off, Vi! I've been in Lipa and was so amazed with all the improvements especially the school buildings in the whole of Batangas. Maski nasa rural areas yung talagang bukid, pinilit mong bigyan ang mga mamamayan ng magagandang school buildings--hindi gawa sa kawayan at sawali kundi sementadong buildings na napakagaganda!
