The main object of partition of India in 1947 was that all Muslims shall live in Pakistan and all Hindu, in India. With that, the Muslims as live in India have lost all rights to again living in the divided India. On going through the entire constitution of India, THE ELEMENTS OF MAIN OBEJCT OF PARTITION OF INDIA ARE FOUND - MISSING - The constitution evidently looks to be ISLAM FRIENDLY AND SECOND PARTITION ORIENTED in as much as:
1. The constitution does not speak about the Non Islamic India, when Pakistan is an Islamic country.
2. The constitution of India gives to Muslims again all rights to again living in the divided India.
3. The constitution of India grants SPECIAL MINORITY STATUS TO Muslims on the basis of religion, and not on the basis of numbers.
4. The Constitution of India allows the Muslims to increase their population and vote bank and take over India as Islamic country.
5. The constitution of India does not speak about maintaining the demography of India as in 1947- it indirectly allows the Muslims
to keep increasing their population and take over India in democratic way.
6. The constitution of India gives to Muslims UNLIMITED, UNREGULATED AND UNRESTRICTED freedom of speech and religion.
7. The constitution of India also grant special department - Waqf Board to Muslims with vast land of India
8. The constitution of India frees up and exempts from tax and share to Govt. - the Cash collection in donation to all Islamic shrines.,
while cash collection and other things in kinds as donation to Hindu shrines are taken over by the Govt. of India. Why so?
9. The constitution of India does not prescribe that there shall be no second partition or any claim for any part of India by the Muslims.
10. The constitution of India does not prescribe to restrict Muslim population to 06% as was in 1947
