Hey, it's me again, about a year ago you said the COT cars would be out by the end of the month, and ten months ago, you said the gen 4 was not out yet. Its 2024 and WHERE ARE THE MODS, ITS BEEN TO LONG AND THE MODS AREN'T OUT YET, SO WHERE ARE THEY?!?!?!!!?!?!?!. I AM EXTREMELY MAD AND FRUSTRATED.
