» What is Jedi Academy?
This game is a first and third person shooter Star Wars game that takes place a few years after the events of Star Wars: Episode 6: Return of the Jedi in the 'Legends' timeline. Jedi Academy is the third entry of the Jedi Knight series in which you're able to train yourself to become a Jedi under the wing of Jedi Master Kyle Katarn in Luke Skywalker's Yavin Jedi Academy. In the multiplayer, it's an arena type of gameplay similar to games like Quake and Unreal Torunament; however, for most players they enjoy using their lightsabers and force powers.

Jedi Academy's playstyle is skill based, but thankfully it's not hard to learn. With the aid of some of our members even new players can turn into decent players. We have a "recruit a padawan" program where our high level players teach newer players how to play the game (or get better at the game).

I've known about this area for a while but didn't realize you could get up there without the grappling hook cheat.

does this game only allow preset messages? because i always see footage of non mb2 gameplay and they say generic stuff like "Good Game!" repeatedly.

That's just on the consoles where there are preset messages. PC you can chat normally
