Man, love seeing videos like this were it’s done properly. The extra steps in removing sweeps, cleaning side gaskets.. this is what the new comers in the industry need to absorb! Keep on keeping on Stan!
Shane, thank you so much! I see to many videos that are heavily edited not showing the steps needed to make the work as good as possible especially new tinters. I absolutely do not like it when I’m not happy with my work so … yes I spend LOTS of time prepping and cleaning over and over!!! I’ve also been lucky enough to have tinted and taught in 18 countries so far and see how window tinters around the world do our job. I have worked with tinters in Romania who can remove the windows, tint them and install them perfectly in less time than it takes a old guy like me to tint um in the car 😎 Teaching is my passion and am so lucky to be able to teach tomorrow’s leaders today ✌️
Another good quality production.Actually I know someone who has a pic taken with you at a tinting convention a few years ago.He also has a channel called the tintschool you may recognize him.
Thanks again! I’m enjoying posting new videos! TH-cam has greatly improved the platform since I started my channel!!! I can’t remember the tint school guys name but he has lots of stuff on here!!!!
Hi Gav, you are right! Last year I think four videos…. I am still figuring out how to put my 14 hour learning library on and divide them into chapters like the originals. With off-season upon us I hope to make progress! I was able to load my Breaking Down the Barriers that is a hour long and has lots of information! Next week I am posting a video on my Sema experiences. I’ve been to something like 22 shows now but hardly ever see the show since I’m usually working a booth. Let me know what kind of video would help you and I’ll work on it ✊
Thank you for the compliment 🙏 Hopefully this off season will allow me to work on getting more of my dvd learning library transferred to this platform to help more people achieve their dreams 🙏
Gav, yes I will make a video to show reverse roll on flat glass. I just finished a class Friday and that is my final lesson. They are auto tint classes but after completing the course and I teach a small flat glass lesson students are surprised they can transfer the auto skills to flat glass!!!
Jbird, for all the hoopla about having to use SS blades in the last 45 years I have bladed almost every side window with just a standard blade without scratching even one! I’ve worked with tons of tinters who swear you have to have a new blade on every window…. I use the same blade on probably 10 cars 😎 Remember what I always say… the right way to tint is the way that works best for each of us!!!

Stainless steel blades or carbon...to clean ???

@@bstanfoster yes I scratched a Chevy spark window with carbon probably cheap glass???
@@bstanfoster or maybe I scratched it with the blade holder ....metal one...better to hold blade in your hand or with plastic holder...
Good job thanks
Thank you Djalel for your feedback, hope the video gives you some tips you can use!
