- Thank you to everyone who has been supportive during arguably the toughest time of my life. Most of you are well aware as to the series of unfortunate evnts that led up to me having to leave Germany and as you could imagine…it was not an easy decision to make. Being away from my Son Golden has been very difficult, but I have fought harder than anyone knows to finally be able to see and be with my Son again in this very moment! I have had lots of sleepless nights, lots of stress, and lots of pain due to not being able to see and be with Golden everyday. I didn’t sign up to be a FaceTime Dad or a video call once a week Dad. I was prepared and ready to be an amazing Father like my Father. I was ready to pay it forward to my Son and prepare him for this interesting and franly crazy world we live in. Call me crazy. Call me nuts. But I think kids need their Dads in their lives. They need guidance, structure, fun, and they need a strong patriarchal presence And I will do everything I can to ensure that my Son has me in his life as his one and only Father.
There is still lots of work to be done and seeing my Son here in Germany was the fuel I needed to focus on getting him back. We are still in the beginning stages of this story and I am excited and ready to see what the future has in store!

About 30 minutes ago, I watched your video explaining your situation and why you had to leave Germany and literally said a prayer after watching that praying for you to be reunited with your son not knowing this video was already posted. Watching this video enlightened my day as I am in a coparenting situation and would hate for this to happen to me or other men in the same situation. Blessing to you and your loved ones!

I'm coming back as well. I wouldn't have thought that. If you asked me 3 months ago, I would have called you a madman. And yet, here we go again. I hope it is the right decision.
I had to come back for court in Stuttgart to discuss Golden’s future. I’ll explain in a video this week.

Im sure as he was born in America and is American, that the courts can help?… also the fact that in Germany all the false allegations that she claimed against you were proven to be lies must work in your favor?! ❤ and the place where she fell off the scooter must of had cctv cameras in the road. A good attorney can get the tapes hopefully. As a parent you can claim his passport has been stolen because it has by her, you can do this online and have the new one sent to the American consulate where you are in Florida. She sounds like amber heard..crazy. The magic law circule in America take cases like this, they are a niche group but unstoppable. I’m sure you’d get primary custody. I think it’s more toxic being exposed to a sick mother like this then being without her. If you need any advice you can just reply I know a lot of lawyers. Jules ❤
@@Mode8291-q5b We are working to have The United States take over jurisdiction. The issue is that was are having to start over from square one since she already made the claims and Germany took over jurisdiction, we now have to get back into court and show that this entire situation has been completely made up.
@@TreyDazeI understand. You sound like a good person and father. I really hope you have good lawyers because the fact that she’s a therapist which I believe you mentioned that , she knows how to work any system even abuse it. That’s why I believe you need the American side to come in unfortunately guns blazing because as nice as you are and want to maintain a cordial outcome for your sons sake, she will just use that to take advantage. I really think it’s worth while as your online, do podcasts get the message out there, expose her as much as you can. It’s important to protect yourself and your son. A lot of great lawyers will do this as a pro bono case, it’s public already . Again if you need any advice I have tones of lawyers in my family and can always give advice if you of course request it. Hate seeing good people played like this by narcissists . Side note all communication must be done via email or text message , email is always favourable for the court. Fathers do have rights now. More and more mothers are abusing the system unfortunately after the me 2 movement😢 ….. you need sole custody❤
