I fear Ed got herpes and lost the will to live.
I stopped watching Soundheads' videos because I couldn't stand his attitude, how he can be very reactionary at times, and/or the way he uses a word or two that I later looked up to be questionable. It was fun to watch at first, but I soon got tired of that overtime. Nothing against Soundhead Entertainment or any of his subscribers.
P.S, My experience watching his content was what led me to watching Wreckfect highlights from Camodo Gaming and Neilogical.
Now that you mention Nielogical...
That reminded me of how long I used to consistently watch him.
