First of all whether Govt considers BANK EMPLOYEES as govt servant? If YES. WHY THEY ARE BEING TREATED AS STEP SONS. WHY THEY ARE NOT AT PAR WITH THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES(GOVT EMPLOYEES) WHY PENSION RULES ARE DIFFERENT &WHY GOVT FORCING BANK PENSIONERS DIE WITHOUT LISTENING THEIR OLD BANK EMPLOYEES?
I guess once these people visited some bank and they said bagal Wale counter pe jaiye, from then they had taken it on ego to destroy banks.
Yes and if not then they still follow promotion policy of govt employees why not give bonuses on the basis of performance why the low performing employees and great performing employee has the equal pay and equal opportunities?

Sir.... plzzzz answer my query... 🙏🏻🙏🏻 i got selected in sbi ja & ibps clerk this year.. i belong to obc... but I've my obc certificate of this financial year ie, 2024 25.. not for the last year.. will i be allowed ? Though in ibps dv they took a declaration from me to submit obc of last financial year during joining.. but it cant be fetched.. i dont know whats going to happen in sbi... so, will i be rejected..?
But in notification it's written that obc ncl should be from 1-4-23 to date of dv
