I lived in O-Residence for over a year in a rented condo. I enjoyed my time with lots of friendly people. Only expats i saw was at immigration. Its a breeze compared to Angeles city. I now have since moved to Cambodia no license required for 125cc below. Always enjoy your videos.
As a USA expat who drives on the Bacolod streets on nearly a daily basis - I would NOT be surprised on how many people are driving illegal and with no training on the Bacolod Streets.
Bro, I was there in January and I actually drive as part of my work in Sydney, Australia but I would not dare drive in Bacolod because drivers just do what they want, but to my surprise, no one actually gets hit, it’s controlled chaos 😅
@@YouWontBelieve_ yeah, it’s pretty bad, but after nearly 2 years, I’ve learned how to maneuver through safely and calmly. The main advantage is at the speeds are so slow 10 to 45 km an hour. I’m used to driving at speed of 150 km an hour along Las Vegas highways and California highways, when there’s an accident it often times is an explosion, so I’m used to negotiating at those speeds - that helps when I drive here at much much slower speeds.
Spent an afternoon a few weeks ago at the bar at red planet hotel Makati . Nice bar and beer and food but they blatantly allow very young hookers in. Was shocked at whats happening there

Be careful BTAO has ticket-writing quotas so they will write you for anything.
It's so funny how the locals just avoid them
They will not stop you, they see a lot…
Yes and stopping a foreigner is a hassle to them, and too much English😁

Mate......LTO are Not Police hahaha
For ease of foreigners understanding I call them police which they kind of are, traffic police.
