Hello welcome to my channel on todays cook going to be reverse searing ribeyes on my masterbuilt 1050 using grill grates.
Recipe/Ingredients.....
▪︎ Fiesta brand Uncle Chris Steak Seasoning.
▪︎ MeatChurch Honey Hot Seasoning.
▪︎ Heath Riles Garlic Butter Seasoning.
▪︎ Black pepper.
▪︎ Mustard.
▪︎ Parkay Butter.
▪︎ Dales Steak Seasoning.
Rub Dales lightly all over steak then follow up with a little bit of butter and mustard, for a binder. Season steak with a light coat of all 4 seasonings listed above, Or your favorite steak seasoning.
Preheat your smoker/grill to 225, once up to temperature throw your steaks on for about 30min, or until they reach an internal temperature of 100℉. Pull steaks off grill then preheat to 600℉ for searing, or as hot as your smoker/grill will go. Once up to temperature place steaks at a 45 degree angle, sear for 1 minute then rotate for another minute. Flip steak over and repeat, should give you about a medium to medium rear steak. Rest steak in a pan with a small scoop of butter, for about 10 minutes with a sheet of foil over the top before digging in!
