- Willow is a 6 year old 1/4 draft mare. She is a been there done that type of horse.
She’s doctored thousands of calves in a feedlot, gathered cows in the desert and mountains, and is quiet in the branding pen. She will be your go to mount for whatever your day may bring; whether it’s roping and loading that stubborn bull in the mountains by yourself or going to the arena to head some steers. She has a big motor, runs hard to calves, and has a desire to please. She’s also light on her feet, is quick to react, and moves very well off of leg pressure. She’s smooth to ride and sure footed. On the ground she’s quiet and easy to catch, she stands good to shoe, and she’s an easy keeper.
