-To decide is to quit one thing to make room & move forward with another
-Use the past in the best frame for what serves us
-Your expectations are made up, we know nothing for certain
-Might as well have expectations that serve you since they're made up
-Your own beliefs about yourself are what people see unless they really know you
-In order to have good expectations & beliefs about yourself you need to do decide

1. The key to succes is not a morning routine, but making a decision and understanding the difference between a choice and a decision.
2. To live a limitless life, make a decisions instead of choices. While choices are based on comfort in the moment, while decisions require making a covenant with yourself. By making decisions and keeping your word you can trust yourself and achieve what you've only dreamed of in the past.
3. Suggest modeling the belief systems, physiology, and mental syntax of those performing at a hight level.
A choice is the first step in making/producing a decision, you can’t have one without the other.
The decision is the result or conclusion reached after making a choice

You can't change what happened in the past, but you can learn from it in order to benefit in the future. That's life. So take the time you need to heal, be angry
etc. and go through the necessary emotions to exhale. And then become the NEW YOU. DECIDE on who you want to be and make it happen. No excuses. We are responsible and accountable for our own success and failures. The majority of people CHOOSE not to see it that way and continue in the same cycle, while others learn and DECIDE to see things exactly how they are and begin to produce and yield the results their looking for led Gods direction and guidance.

What is the cost- does it make you smile, not the client?
Value your time.
1. Model belief system.
2. Model physiology.
3. Model mental syntax. (The order you do a thing.)
Make a decision, not a choice.
Confide in self- your word is your bond.
People see you how you see yourself.
Decide- to cut from (any other possibilities).
Focus - people who SUCCEED focus on intention, people who FAIL focus on distractions.
This is a very knowledgable talk. The biggest thing I learned that decisions are not the same as choices.
I just had the thought this morning before seeing this video "you keep giving information you don't believe yourself", how many time have I lied to myself and been disappointed!!!
