Not the first time Ubisoft has done this (made a good villain seem like a good guy) Pagan Min and the Father in the far cry series although alot of people don't realise this but Pagan Min was technically the good guy. I mentioned the father cause although he was bad his intentions were good he wanted to cleanse the world.

It hurts my heart as my great grandfather served all the way back in the Civil War when he immigrated to the the united states from Spain. My family has served in nearly every major conflict including my grandfather in WW2 my father Vietnam and my brother in Afghanistan. When I was younger I thought that the country I lived in was perfect and just in its causes, but as I got older I saw how much corruption in our government and the decay of the values/rights my ancestors fought for were being trampled. I know its a trailer for a videogame, but damn if I agree with a lot he is saying makes you wonder how we got to this point we side with a man looking to overcome a government he swore to protect.

Like the assassins creed series is full of revisionist history in ways that make the setting immersion breaking. I can never bring myself to play a full ubisoft game because they don't get me to care about the characters. Not since the old Splinter Cell days, and maybe assassins creed 2.
I love how right after he kills the surrendering combatant, it's almost like divine retribution with how he's struck and knocked down. I know it's not, but it seems like a direct consequence of it, and it's awesome.

From the consistent trailers directed towards the antagonist, it's giving fans the idea that it would be so much more better if we were to choose sides and replay on a different side.
The whole point of the game is surving against the highly resourceful enemy while having almost nothing to aid you in a land full of surveillance drones.

This trailer, the words, hit closer to home than i thought it was going to. i know its for a game, one i will be playing, but damn does it speak the truth. i never thought that a game like this, always skirting the line between realism and fiction, would ever speak the truth about our country. i for one understand that they didnt want to be political but with words spoken like that, it just became political. i love my country but it has become something less, the moral ground we stand on is crumbling and we for once are alone fighting a government that doesnt wish to help us but keep its own selves in power. They unfortunately couldn't make it to the Ubisoft event in Cali at that time which is why Creyose and Anime were paired with two other content creators. We're looking forward to getting more of a complete F.I.S.T team going for the beta though so stay tuned!

@@ironfaeI wouldn't say ubisoft games are good they've always been just good enough, but never groundbreaking or genre defining. I particularly don't like the politics in their games. Like the assassins creed series is full of revisionist history in ways that make the setting immersion breaking. I can never bring myself to play a full ubisoft game because they don't get me to care about the characters. Not since the old Splinter Cell days, and maybe assassins creed 2.

I love how right after he kills the surrendering combatant, it's almost like divine retribution with how he's struck and knocked down. I know it's not, but it seems like a direct consequence of it, and it's awesome.

This trailer, the words, hit closer to home than i thought it was going to. i know its for a game, one i will be playing, but damn does it speak the truth. i never thought that a game like this, always skirting the line between realism and fiction, would ever speak the truth about our country. i for one understand that they didnt want to be political but with words spoken like that, it just became political. i love my country but it has become something less, the moral ground we stand on is crumbling and we for once are alone fighting a government that doesnt wish to help us but keep its own selves in power. Thank you ubisoft for making such a powerful trailer.

There was nothing tacticle about that footage you uploaded today. You need Hooker and Delta, they know what they're doing.
@@THERoryBreakerATL I would say that Creyose and Anime tactically held it down despite the circumstances but you can definitely expect to also see Delta and Hooker in the beta content. They unfortunately couldn't make it to the Ubisoft event in Cali at that time which is why Creyose and Anime were paired with two other content creators. We're looking forward to getting more of a complete F.I.S.T team going for the beta though so stay tuned!
