RoamingRob it was one of the best holidays I've ever been on highly recommended I made a lot of friends I still talk to today

I will be staying at golden port salou and spa going in 2 and a half weeks

What was the Golden Port like? We're just looking at it. And what is the 'nicer side' of Salou? Is there a 'not nice' side?
+Jayne Judson really nice hotel and good entertainment at night time
+Jayne Judson They're just closer to the sea so should have better views, although a little further from the beach up a hill. Where we went was still great and close enough to the beach.

superbsummer 13 It's in Salou, but not PortAventura. They're 2 seperate places.

superbsummer 13 Nice. Port Aventura was awesome. Definitely give it at least a whole day to get through everything.
Is all the shops where the beach is
+Amanda robertson Hey Amanda. Yeah, most of the shops are on the road running right alongside the beach, so you're only ever a minute or two from a shop. The supermarket we visited was another road back, so perhaps 5 - 10 minutes from the beach.
What hotel did you stay in?
Hey Shauna. We stayed in Vil.la Romana. Highly recommended :)
