That's because your friend does not know too much. An iron man suit that shoot laser beams cant exist yet, but a suit like war machine can exist with current technology and the weight wouldn't be a problem I have the correct formula.
That's a bad engineer. I can make you a suit of armour that flies. If that "engineer" friend of yours couldn't do it he obviously has not watches enough tutorials on how to build armor... Also I make 3D-Printers for Titanium with a novel approach to make these suits real in a few days. Really not that hard, but they are. Also they scare the enemy!
