You want "rap"????? No problem.....Best piece of it ever to fall on human ears. What a genre for this level of greatness....sheesh....but easily proved there was absolutely nothing she couldn't deliver. And dismissed it with the most creative & enjoyable piece of it on the planet. Bam!

I am not a fan of 99 percent of rap music... But I LOVE this... At 50yo Dusty wasn't afraid to try something new, and she was fabulous as usual. I love how it blends the Dusty sound with rap to make it her own. Nice that it's a rap song where nobody is getting called B****, or some other derogatory comment about women. So brave of her to do rap. This should've been released as a single in the USA.

Written by Pet Shop Boys: Tennant & Lowe. Produced by Tennant, Lowe & Julian Mendelsohn. Original album version: 4:55. Not released as a single, but official promo single was released to radio and clubs.

Thankfully it later surfaced on one of the “Wherever Would I Be?” CD-singles as well as the Reputation remastered expanded edition 👏

This wasn't a single in the UK was it? God knows why. This mix is really awesome.

The record company must have been deaf as a post!

@@C-Rex1 Reading a few books about Dusty it's quite shocking how little faith they had in her. Let that sink in for a minute. Not only one of the best vocalists in a generation (and some) but also one of the best producers. Criminally uncredited.

Should've been one in the USA too. The record companies didn't treat her right or give her the credit she deserved. Best and most versatile female vocalist EVER. She can do it all.

I read that this was not considered for single release, because Dusty was reluctant to sing it “live”, and the “rap” part would be almost impossible to lip synch to. I’m sure that her decision probably cost her a mega-hit, but she was being realistic. Any fan with copies of “live “performances will testify that she was known for “fudging” lyrics!! Just one of the idiosyncrasies that remind us that even supergoddesses can be normal!!
