People, stop arguing about the change in Marty Friedman's style. Many people criticize him because of that. The style and presentation may change but his music is still awesome, it's still "Marty". If fur vest and electronic beats bother you, then you are listening music for a "rocker" identity or to attract chicks. A small tip, listen to music with your ears.

GTFO with the comments that this is "too cute omg lolz" because not only tr00 metalz is real music- Besides, Marty has made more than enough material to make even the most metalhead fap to it (Speed Metal Symphony, Dragons Kiss, his stuff at Rust in Peace, Countdown to Extinction, etc) and some really great albums too (Scenes, Introduction and Loudspeaker come to mind). So yeah Marty is still great.
@MEGADETHTHRETH I get the sense that Marty is perfectly satisfied with being the token white guy here, and what happens in Ireland doesn't concern him too terribly much. If it were about the worldwide publicity he either never would have left Megadeth or would have joined a different group with worldwide recognition that allowed him to be a little more creative than what Megadeth was allowing him to be - not going to Japan and doing things that the rest of the world finds cheesy. @kingferdinanz thats because they all try it once and find it hard and quit. I find it comfortable for cleans, and it sounds better(opinion) for cleans, theres no scratchiness or mudiness in the tone. If you learn to do it, itll automatically be more comfortable.

Very disappointing. The last Friedman album I liked was Music For Speeding (and that was pushing it). He's just gone so far in the pop/dance/techno direction that I feel alienated. I find it sad that the person who inspired me to play guitar is not playing a think that I find inspirational anymore.
