I provide key tips for UCL Fantasy newcomers and highlight the ultimate differentials.
I also cover the best Champions League Fantasy options ahead of Matchday 1 and give a thorough analysis on my selections.

If anyone is looking to save cash in defense, David Carmo from Porto is the pick for you. With some injuries in defense, porto will likely play him. And they play day 19, so if it does not workout, you can sub him for Real Madrid or Inter players. At 4m seems like a good value for money.
I agree also sergio Reguilon for ONLY 4 mill!

Very close to my team, I have Riznyk instead of Blaswich, Romagnoli and Henrichs instead of Silva and Dumfries, Stengs instead of Doku, and Kane instead of Di Maria. I think Doku is a FPL player pick :) I wouldn't play around too much with Pep Roulette, Aké is already a risk.
if you need an underrated differential i would suggest my compatriot Dedić from RB Salzburg. he consistently performs very well for Bosnian national team and he is deserving of a move to a big club sooner rather than later. 1% owned btw.

Ivanusec 4.5 mil is a good enabler in midfielder for Feyenoord against Celtic

Just so much potential with being captain, minutes, fixtures, clean sheets and attacking potential
I haven’t been convinced by Napoli this season and I think Braga could score. Di Lorenzo remains a great choice though.

Good video, always with the best information. One question: is Ter Stegen or Blaswich a better option for matchday 1? and I have two options: Julian Alvarez - Dumfries or Di María - Darmian. Which is the best option? thank you and greetings.

hello dylan, i was thinking about trossard in place of doku. with martinelli injured on the weekend i think trossard might start.
Good team. I've gone for a mega team! It's similar to yours minus the fact that I don't have a Man City midfielder and I have a front three of Kane, Lewa and Haaland which opens the door to my captaincy options just in case one of Lewa or Haaland Blanks! Because of this I have 0.5M in the bank just in case I want to spread the money to improve my team
That front 3 looks fantastic, if only there were more forward slots 😅

MID: Sane, Bellingham, Anturkoglu, Simons, Thuram
FWD: Lewa, Di Maria, Haaland
What are your thoughts on Kerim Akturkoglu and Icardi?
Aktürkoğlu is a good budget midfielder (so long as he continues to start) but Icardi would be the best way of covering Galatasaray's attack.

How about ulreich instead of sommer? I think hes nailed with neuer injured right? - seems cheap for a 4,5 keeper with bayern defence.
i have a question, that is if Kvaratskhelia would be a good option as a differential in the first week. Or even Osimhen
I would prefer Osimhen out of the two. Kvaratskhelia has only registered 1 assist, and failed to score, in his last 21 appearances for club and country.
Braga is not an easy team. They didn't play well in the weekend but I'm pretty sure that the thought of coming back to UCL had an impact on that. Watch out for Ricardo Horta, Bruma and Alvaro Djaló, a deadly attack so far in the Portuguese league.

Any standout avoids? Too many minutes risk punts? Initially I had Alvarez instead of Mbappe but I was finding that even with more expensive midfielders and defenders I still fidnt feel that happy so just stacked the forwards. Lewandowski was in the mix too

Raum got injured yesterday and he will be doubtful for the game
I have him as well and I change for Henrichs from Leipzig
As discussed in the video, Dimarco and Raum were subbed off due to injuries so they are doubts this week.
The rest of the squad looks to be in good shape.

I prefer PSV attacking assets to be honest. As good as PSV have been, Arsenal are the favourites to top their group.

where is simakan?
Thoughts on Kampl from Leipzig? Looking for some cheap options in midfield.
Kampl is playing a deeper role but the odd attacking return + ball recoveries is possible.
You can also consider Rice for ball recoveries and Feyenoord midfielders such as Ivanušec (4.5m) and Stengs.
At 6.5m there are even more options such as Xavi Simons, Rodri and Kimmich.

what about Icardi, he has been scoring alot for Galatasaray and could be an underrated pick for mathc day 1.
I like Icardi for Matchday 1 but Di Maria/Alvarez are more appealing to me.

I believe he will but I'm still considering a switch to Alvarez or Foden.

Ulreich for 4.5m is a solid option too
True, the reason why I haven't gone for him is because Bayern Munich are looking shakey defensively.
Thoughts on Openda? He's my third attacker
Great shout, I just prefer Xavi Simons to cover RB Leipzig's attack and other forwards such as Alvarez/Di Maria/Kane.

How / when do price changes work in UCL?
After the Matchday 2 deadline and it's primarily based on performances.

Who do u think is better di maria or alvarez
I'm very conflicted on this one for Matchday 1. I would pick Alvarez for the entire group stages if he continues to start every game.
When are you going to use limitless chip?
I will discuss this in the chip strategy video but I'm aiming to use it in the group stages.

No worries, went with Dumfries, Carmo and akanji instead within budget
Why don't you pick Cancelo?
He's 6m and I would have to make downgrades elsewhere. It's impossible to cover every good option.
thoughts on hakan calhonugu?
He's a decent option and Mkhitaryan is another honourable mention with his performance vs AC Milan. I still prefer Thuram though because of his position.
Thoughts on Rodri?
Rodri is excellent for ball recoveries and he can get the occasional attacking return so he’s a good long-term option.
why not rafa silva over di maria?
Di María is a better player, on penalties/set pieces and 0.5m cheaper. If you want to go for Rafa Silva then back your gut.

@@ofekiki4705 He's a good striker but can be a very erratic finisher, especially for Argentina in recent times. He's a good option but Thuram is cheaper, out of position and offers better value to cover Inter Milan offensively.
The only concern with the Frenchman is minutes and possible rotation.

what about Bernardo Silva?
He's a decent option in UCL Fantasy but I would prefer Alvarez, Foden or Doku to double up on the Man City attack (assuming they all start).

Is Blswich a rotation risk?
Gulasci could start the Champions League games but it remains to be seen.
I would pick cancelo over fran garcia
Osimhen? Kane? Lautaro? Plethora of forwards. Only Haaland is locked for me.
All are good options with Kane being the best from the three but it's impossible to fit them all in.
Haalad, lautaro and icardi upfront
Hopefully lewa proves me wrong but I don’t think he’s gonna give more points than Kane
I think Kane will get more points long-term but not in Matchday1 - let's see how it turns out.

@@DavidS-xu3pm Lewandowski was unlucky not to get awarded the assist and penalties can always sway things.
I regret some decisions I've made so far but Lewandowski over Kane in MD1 isn't one of them.
Mark my words, lewandowski will blank against antwerp. I am a antwerp fan and i know our defence will be able to only concede 1 goal or even keep a cleansheet
Antwerp is better than Brugge was last year. Thats why I go for Mbappe over Lewa. Mbappe will score 1-2 goals against any team
