Short Story: Egocentric Bias - Other people's luggage looks light

This tendency to rely too heavily on one's own perspective or have a higher opinion of oneself than reality is called 'Egocentric Bias'. Then why does this bias occur? Is it because humans are naturally selfish? That's not true.
The reason is that we know the details of the process we contributed to, but we don't know the other person's efforts in detail. Therefore, it is recommended to take into account the efforts that have gone into the process when evaluating someone and to overflow a little when praising someone.
