My build up: long-suffering and gentleness. I am a go getter by nature. Seldom do I wait for anything that I can go after. I am going to practice waiting on Holy Spirit before I speak, or act. My tear away is flesh. Because the atmosphere of my job is charged with every kind of evil mentioned in the passage, it's very easy to find myself walking in the flesh. I commit to calling out those moments where I am tempted to revert to a carnal way in thought, word, and deed. I commit to immediate repentance upon conviction and seeking the guidance of Holy Spirit to reset my priorities
