Interesting. Mine was doing that beeping/flashing red and I realized one of the toggles was in the 'down' position. I put it in the middle and all the beeping stopped. I'll have to remember this fix. Thanks!
Sometimes, an update can be copied to a sd card to update the controller, but I also plugged in the controller using the usb for the update. 😎 Thanks for watching
This just happened to my 4pro + controller today and Recalibrating it did the fix!

You said u connect to ur drone then u talking about controller and computer...wtf? Explain it well!
I know it's bad, I connected my controller via USB to my computer and signed on. My particular drone set up was different from standard phantom 3.

How the if your phone wasn’t connected through the phone? Is it because your cinnected through the WiFi?
Which DJI app did you use? there are multiple
