Indian Military Academy Ball Night is the most awaited social event for the gentlemen cadets. The IMA Ball is held at the end of each term to mark the culmination of a rigorous training schedule of the passing out course.
The occasion was characterized by the display of high sense of chivalry, courtesy, etiquette and gentlemanly conduct of the passing out course.

For those who criticizing the ball party let me remind that there is difference between 'modernization' and westernization.Many people in India today till date feel that if we wear these kind of fancy dresses they think that we are not showing respect to our traditional wear which is absolutely not true.People have to understand that wearing 'casual wear' does not mean disrespecting 'traditional wear'.When we say 'westernization' that means people of Europe ,North America ,South America their values and their thinking towards society are not appropriate with our Indian People's our very own Indian values and our thinking towards society.According to me Doing Party,Ball party,going to dj,pubs,clubs,bars and wearing casual dresses are signs of modernization .But equal respect should be given to Traditional wear.
As a graduation second year student, I think I have to prepare for IMA from now 😉🤗
That's a great culture of IMA . But it's true that no one joins IMA to be Mr. IMA, not each of them waits for the ball party, all don't dream to dance with their to be wives.
