10. D Highest heat input will be in PF(3G) position while welding in vertical up position weaving is done due to which travel speed decrease hence heat input increases.
For Questions no. 10 D is right answer (Vertical-up progression tends to give the highest heat input because there is a need to weave to get a suitable profile and the forward travel speed is relatively slow.)
@@WeldingNDTInspection IN 1G ALSO CAN GET MORE HEAT INPUT Its depend but correct answer will be 3G only mostly we qualify procedure in 3G only as non essential position
Question 4, if not used within 4 hours, return to oven and rebake.? is it 350 deg? in my opinion, it should be 150 deg, is it right? please confirm. thanks
Used electrode usage in oven how to do , any code has not said anything . So you can do use electrode as per what i said in this video and also you can do 150 degree c In quiver...As this electrode is coming from 350 degree centigrade and suppose some electrode out of them will not used today and they will be used tomorrow , in that case it will go again 350 degree C and then holding oven.. Hope you understand ???

you are right , option d is the right answer , i will edit the video and will change it..
Thanks for the questions sir but i think PF positive will give highest heat input because there is a need to weaving there which slowdown travel speed
Thank you sir
Thank you
I always think that heat input is more when executing a 3G up welding position

6010 is cellulosic type electrode that's why no need to Backing
