    Hello Leilah! I am so happy that I found your videos! I wanted to do exercises against belly fat, but I don't really like jumping aerobics and I really don' t like ground exercises ( I feel on the ground like a seal...:) I like dynamics, music, dancing and I need to strengthen my belly muscles, and also experience femininity. I finally started moving and dancing thanks to you, and meanwhile I get stronger and better. Your videos are a new beginning for me! I am going to do belly dance with you every day!

      I've been doing her routines for 2 months now, I play 3 of her videos to make it a 30 minutes workout, I do it from 3 to 4 days, taking rest between them.

    I was looking for something for belly dance excersise. To trim. And tone. This was exactly what I was looking for the perfect balance of something not too harsh but fun and engaging you are very nice and you are an excellent instructor

      Yes! I think if you do the choochoo shimmy when you re stepping with it, you will start to burn a lot of callories. It is best to do about 30 mins to an hour a day of belly dancing or shimmying!😃

    I love your videos!!💕💕. One thing I cannot seem to grasp is the shimmy in the stomach area. Trying to let it come from the knees but it never happens 🤦🏽‍♀️HELP!🥺
    Do you have a video that explains how to master that? Perhaps it’s because I have no hips not sure lol. But I do look ridiculous trying that part lol! 😂

    I am an ACL reconstruction patient. It is 3 years now. I have put on weight as I can't dance that has too much of bending. I hope this dance form might help me in reducing + to resume my passion for dance.

      Hey Vaoshnavi! I will keep this comment and make a video about it for you. However, as a fast answer moves such as snake arms, shoulder rolls and chest figures of eights are amazing workouts for the upper body and you will feel it right away. I hope that helps for now! 😃
