There are 3 Aeon Malls in Phnom Penh, you can take grab to I and II, you can try to watch a movie it's very cheap and the cinema is extremely good. There are many good restaurants and beautiful places but you may want to engage a Chinese local to tour you around, as not many locals know the current development of Cambodia, do enjoy....
Yea this is one thing a foreigner normally wouldn't know. The Cinemas in Cambodia are very very good in Aeon Mall 1 and Exchange Square, it's better than the ones I was used to back in Shanghai to be honest, very surprised.

The real Chinese districts in Phnom Penh are around the central are of old Phnom Penh - Phsar Tmey, Phsar Kandal, Phsar Oreussey. Those places were and are still Chinese districts where people of Teochew, Cantonese, and Hokkien descendants live and do business. The block that you went to are just new commercial areas which most places are invested by the Chinese. Aeon is mall which most of its customers are Cambodian and foreigner and it has three branches in Phnom Penh - Aeon I, Aeon II, and Aeon III.

written in Chinese doesnt nessessarily means all are Chinese owned. if u talk about Chinese community, as a local i can think of only two locations which are dosens shops arround the Bridge and the community infront of the airport. there are no big Chinese community as u would see in other country. also that Aeon mall2 are of Japanese and the neibouhoods are of wealthy Cambodian, they may look abit like Chinese but they are Cambodian.

你看见的“华人”不是金边地道的本地华人，他们都是最近来的大陆人。如果你下次来金边想体验到真正的本地华人经验的话，你应该去欧亚西（oreussey）市场的区（尤其166路，109路和Charles de Gaulle 大路）。那边的大部分的华人是潮州人但也有些广东人和闽南人，他们都能讲流利的华语。大部分的那边华人卖中药，粿条和油条。如果你想更了解这里华人的风俗文化和习惯，我也建议你去河边的一座闽南人的庙叫 “關帝古庙” 和老市场附近的潮州庙叫 “潮州会馆协天大帝庙”然后跟庙里的道长谈谈一下。 除了金边，马德望省也有很多富有的潮州人；如果你还在柬埔寨，我也建议你去怀保古庙。

永旺是日本商场，这里并不是什么华人聚集区，也不是什么富人区，这里也是老城区，实际上你以为的你看到的贫穷的老城区，房东都不穷。超市里有中国商品，但是日本韩国商品更多。包括你看到的调料，中国的占比并不高。柬埔寨大学确实没有什么宿舍的概念，学生很多都是半工半读，上课时间很多选择，有的只上上午，有的下午，有的晚上，有的只上周末。实际上他们的教学质量真的一言难尽，即使是最好的大学在亚洲都排不上号。柬埔寨有钱人基本都出国读书的。
所以會去柬埔寨交換和上那種2+2的人蠻罕見的

北京的望京被称为“韩人区”也不是什么法定的规定，只是因为大量韩国人生活在这里，商店都是中韩双语。视频中几乎商家都有中文，所以说华人区也没什么问题
永旺商场是日本商場集团建设.在一日本.东南亚各国都有他们的商场.金边大学是60年代苏联援建的一所理工大学.当时称俄罗斯大学.校内有游泳池.记得当年常在周末去游泳.只要出示学生证.和购买2瑞尔(当时30瑞尔兑换一美元.现在4000兑换一美元)的门票就可以进入游泳了.....
在金边华人区应该是乌亚西市场/区那边。

柬埔寨的物价比较贵，是因为大部分东西是靠进口的，还有大学生的学习方面是很轻松的，所以我们大部分的本科学生大一大二，都会去找工作来付学费，生活费等等。还有现在的当地人都很想学中文，因为在这里有很多中国人来投资，对他们的未来有很多的工作机会。祝您们俩旅游愉快，平平安安。

没想到金边的华人商圈有许多日本的店家经商。好像日本和柬埔寨的关系十分密切。看起来在柬埔寨的华人比较富有。你们参观本地大学，我就回想起我的留学时期。我年轻时，在延边大学主修中文辅修朝文(韩文)。
日本在东南亚很多国家的布局都比较深，当地的车基本都是日本车，不只是柬埔寨。
日本人工作非常努力，东亚3国都是变态的存在，尤其是日本人，不达目的不罢休。所以他们日本人没有理由不成功啊。
如果不是被美国人打压，日本人会更厉害，机械、光学、半导体、材料科学、精密加工等这些搞不好能够垄断全世界。
柬埔寨的缺点:
第一没有美食 (他们的食物就是中国菜)
第二没有像泰国这样有最新设计的衣服买
第三 没有像印尼这样有好吃的印尼食物和按摩
第四 没有菲律宾那种靠海的娱乐设施
第四 东西好贵 物价很高
优点 : 咕咕叫按摩 和 赌场非常多很多
