The ending scene animation is actually rotoscoping. Basically tracing real human movement that's why its really smooth/looks really realistic. Some people might think this technique as "cheating" but actually it take a lot of effort to do the chareograph, involve dancer and animators together😁
Something a lot of people forget is this technique is also old as hell. The first one I think of is Cruella's car in 101 Dalmatians. That is rotoscoped in and it looks amazing for the 1960's.
It is not like her to ride sideways on the back of a bicycle. It is a way of riding that excellently expresses her distance from him, and her position as a daughter of a noble family.
This show is actually very rewarding if you keep in mind all little details and character quirks. It really builds it's characters brick by brick. Often they would reveal something abut a characther seemingly just for the sake of a gag but then it comes back later as a stepping stone for a character development or as a reccuring gag. Like that thing about Presidents fear of insects and inability to swim fom the previous episode comes back in one of he final chapters of the manga for a great comedic effect.
Oh things will get even more crazy, you two will see haha. And at some points, you really DO want to see the next episode ASAP lol. Glad you guys are enjoying this. I had no reactors I sub to ever go back to it, so it is what it is.
