I'm from Norway, and I'm used to cold weather, but Norway is actually way warmer than this place in the winter, which is -25°C 😬 I've only been in -18°C, but normally it's around -2°C where I am.
I went there, and I’m a Hongkonger Lol I looked like a big woolly sheep and like I was obese (so many layers!) my foremost recommendation is to wear a hat, snow goggles and a scarf that covers your mouth and nose, only leaving your eyes. It helps a lot (even if the snow goggles were quite cumbersome, maybe leave those out)
Saw a thing said 500 million. I don't know what currency they were saying that if it be USD, the CNH, or somewhere else. The city has a population of 10 million I think plus holiday/travellers making their way from their country and all over sounds like that make a good few bucks
