Cho mình hỏi rằng, ky thuật này yêu cầu phải bước sâu vào áp sát bàn để đón bóng sớm nhất, vậy trường hợp khi bước vào sát bàn rồi mới phát hiện ra đó là một cú phát dài của đối phương thì làm thế nào?

I haven't played 2 rubber you mention so i not sure :D But Mizuno T45 is pretty good for BH side.

That part where he illustrates how the ball should roll on the rubber surface is really impossible, isn’t it?
The ball never really does that. It hits, dents the rubber a bit and then immediately bounces out. Even on slow motion, no ball ever does that, regardless of whether the rubber is soft or hard.

No spin push or drop shot?
Against short kids I bully them by giving their serves a high, strong backspin push, so they reach for it... Then it bounces back
I don’t know why but at first I tough that the TH-cam channel was called “MILF Table Tennis”
You know you should do more specialty shots like the snake 🐍.
Last point with the ghost short push is worth two points.
