I couldn't help but cry at the end. I really liked how this story deviated from the paranormal storylines too (not that I don't enjoy them!) But rather than being a story about finding ways to outrun paranormal/satanic forces, this was a sick twisted love story. I think what really made me emotional/upset at the end is just the undeniable chemistry between Sam and John. John was truly the only person who could ever understand and connect with Sam's being and he really wanted to help her make peace with her trauma and accept herself for who she is. Especially because he could speak from experience and already LOVED her for who she was. He approached this in a VERY awful and sick way, and it's sad that she ultimately felt like she couldn't live her truth unless she was dead. Both of them are sick and have deep psychological issues, no doubt. But there was something about their relationship that was also very beautiful and made me very emotional.

I LOVED THIS EPISODE, and for sure it was pretty weird (but it’s AHS, nothing it’s normal there), but for the first time in a while, I really felt the essence of AHS was coming back you know, that weird supernatural/ horror theme was finally back… and idk if anyone feels the same way, but in the previous episodes (except Dollhouse) I always felt like something was missing, like the story was cool, but at the ending I felt disappointed for some reason, like that they could do more with the story. But with this episode it really has that weirdness that characterized AHS, but also the supernatural factor… like i didn’t really understood if the guy was dead and he came back because he was not really human, was already dead or was just faking it really well, but that kept me thinking for a while. I know it’s a weird “relationship” between Sam and Charlie, buuut, it really remind of the romantic relationships we’ve seen through AHS, Tate and Violet, Fiona and The Axeman… they have pretty weird relationships but they understand or complete each other in a way, and I think it was really good portrayed in this episode🖤

First of all, I think that Coven really really really didn't need gohsts in the story, not that soon after Murder House, the return of gohsts in Hotel would've been soon enough imo. Second of all, I found the Axeman himself a good and charming character and the actor did great, BUT if you ask me I think he really was in fact boring in the story. I liked his obsession for jazz, but the way they played this slow ass jazz music every single damn time he appeares on screen just throws me off during the episode every time. They made him too calm and, in the end, too pointless. Same goes for his relationship with Fiona if you ask me. One moment, she is wildly in love with him and sees him as the only light in the darkest period of her life, the other moment she just throws him to the wolves by letting the coven kill him and she's like "Oh well he fullfilled his purpose"...
Yes, I loved the originality of this story and it brought me back to murder house and how I felt when I first watched murder house like so fresh and surprising and captivating.
This episode so far is my second favorite. As a dual licensed funeral director I always get nervous when shows portray the business. It is almost always not accurate or in a negative light. Also yes there are definitely days you bring that formaldehyde smell home!! Also just a side thought I thought I’d add, I’ve been in the industry for 5 years and can say I’ve never once seen someone or myself have ever treated a decedent with any disrespect. Even though that’s just a shell of that person they deserve the same care of respect. ❤️

I love this actress!!! I normally get annoyed when people cry on screen because it always looks fake. But she didn’t seem to “over act”. Everything seemed so real and her emotions were just spot on as to the type of person she had to be for this role
Necro’s charm is its LESS IS MORE episode design. No supernatural entities. No ghosts. No unnecessary murder mystery twists. No scenic shots. No subplots at all. This episode was soo much. It had the passion anger immense sadness. The love ohh my. Insane ending but sweet on that creepy way. Solid story telling. Also i would vote for her and the actor who played the grave digger to hop it into the main american horror story. They really fed on each other end the material well.

This was horrifically sweet and sick and im here. For. It. I just KNEW he wasn't dead, but I definitely didn't expect all the hell that broke loose. They've really stepped it up this season!
I kinda predicted the ending BUT I thought they would do the typical "2 months later" and show her keeping his body for her own use 😳strange ending either way. I do think this one wasn't the normal twist at the end.
Wow. Just wow. This was actually a good episode, probably the best so far this season, the tie for second would be between "Bloody Mary" and "Dollhouse." It was a beautiful, heartbreaking, and moving story. I actually cared about Sam and Charlie. The ending blew my mind. It was fitting for the characters. Although I wished Charlie tried to help Sam in a better way, instead of ruining her life. The episode was like a metaphor for Trauma and Death. You can't hide from Death because we all experience it eventually, a hard lesson Sam and Charlie learned as kids. Also you can't bury your Trauma, it's healthier to face it in order to let go and move on. Please get some therapy.
I frigging love this episode, I looked up who the writer was and it turns out she was the script writer and supervisor for almost all of the episodes for the first three seasons of the show. which probably explained how the episode managed to keep to one story thread without meandering or trying to do stupid twists or shallow surface level commentary. i really hope we get to have her back for more episodes. also the acting was pretty good, i was worried at first cause the main actress for this was in such a mess of a show before doing this, but i'm so relieved to see that she's actually so good and that they just gave her nothing to work with on her original show. definitely would love to see her on the main show again.
Cameron Copperthwaite was insanely hot in his homoerotic approach as Kai's deranged (favorite) zombie in "Cult". I'm glad we got to see more of him in the AHS universes.

I don’t know maybe it just my sense of humor but I think I laughed too many times during moments that weren’t meant to be funny. I figured necrophilia would be incorporated because of the title but when that whole see happened I couldn’t help but chuckle at how absurd the whole thing seemed and him then revealing he was still alive. I also laughed at the wedding because that was like top tier Days of our Lives drama. 😂 It definitely wasn’t scary but I think the horror for me was that the story over all was very cringe. Necrophilia, Assault, Revenge Porn and coupled all that with Romeo and Juliet style S word ending, it was a lot.
This episode is the most successful in this season, it shock me successfully, made me feel gross, even after I have watch so many horror stories. And I did not expect that I could see something as romantic as this one in AHS series.Even though I could guess the ending, she killed him, as the constant style of AHS, I prefer this two to be alive and being together forever. However if I am the girl I would choose the lawyer boyfriend, he is handsome and caring, isn’t him? But Charlie do understand the girl more, very hard to choose one of them, isn’t?
I literally told my Fiancé that if the ending was after a full season of this story, it would hit me even harder and it already hit me pretty hard with just the 1 episode.
I thought it was interesting lol I think it goes through the state of mind of not being happy.. like everything is harder and even getting off. When you’re in that state you just want to be normal but it feels like it’s not for you no matter what you do.
Madison Iseman's acting made this episode!!! honestly she was incredibly immersing in the role, and the story was such a strong character piece that everything just comes together! which makes me realize what we miss in AHS are great actors like Iseman (Sarah Paulson, Jessica Lang, Angela Basset) as leads in the story who can really bring their character to life. we haven't had that in a long time, and I think that's why AHS hasn't been as good as it was in the beginning. like I'm sorry to all the new actors that Murphy brought to AHS, but they're not on the same level :(. HOWEVER, Madison Iseman is totally capable of doing those things! I agree with you EJ, they should bring her to proper AHS.

I liked the episode. It was a Tales from the Crypt version of Romeo and Juliet. There’s some funky people in the world and the scary part of this episode is you might marry or date one.
This is my 2nd favorite of this season. The writing was so much better. I'm a huge fan of Crystal Liu she is back! she's written some of my favorite AHS episodes. I would call this a sick and twisted version of Romeo and Juliette AHS style. They are both so broken by trama they can't be with anyone else. Or in the world. I thought this episode was one of the better ones of this season. Come on EJ, everyone’s got a kink if they’re truthful. Lol! Sam liked working with things that were “stiff!” Literally! 🤣 Charlie was a hottie! I probably would’ve climbed on that table as well. 😜 The ending definitely had Romeo and Juliet vibes. The story had a loneliness and sadness to it. Finding someone who had a passion for death the way Sam did and the way they both truly respected the dead. I do feel she loved Charlie but was afraid of being ostracized by society (which she was) and her own internal conflict of what is normal behavior.
While you and I may disagree about certain episodes and even series; it is really good to see someone in the LGBTQA+ community providing a critique that isn't just the usual. Romantic is definitely not a word I have ever heard him use to describe working with the dead. Maybe season 11 of AHS will deliver a cohesive story. I was gonna quit after Double Feature; but, they always find a way to suck us back in. So, we'll see. 😀
This was my favorite episode this season by far! However as sad as it is for her character to be exposed that way, she effectively WAS a “dead body humper”; she thought he was dead and she got it on with his corpse anyway. They’re both twisted and though it was a great episode, I feel like they might’ve been trying to make us empathize with this truly gross main character. I’m sorry she had a tragic backstory, but it’s not like that absolves her of her multiple gross crimes
For me the episode was ok! not the best one but also not the worst, it was really weird and disturbing but the writing and acting were really good! this season is being so fun to watch in the sense that we never know what we are actually going to see in each episode, each one is so different and im enjoying that! great review!

I haven’t really been ranking after the first couple episodes but even tho idk if I’d put it top 3, this might be one of the only tv show episodes that i ever watched where i understood everything and decided immediately that i would be watching it again 🥴
This episode reminded me of Coven, with Kyle, Madison and Zoe. Season 2 of Stories is actually pretty good. Dollhouse, Face-lift, Bloody Mary, Necro and MilkMaids are my favorite episodes. MilkMaids and Dollhouse were so amazing! Face-lift was a bit funny (seeing Judith in pigface is everything!).
Was anyone else thinking of the movie "Raw" during this episode? It was that french movie that came out in 2016 of the french girl and her sister who were cannibals. Fantastic film, i just couldn't get it out of my mind while watching this. Maybe because both feature someone reaching some kind of gratification while in the room with a corpse. Loved it. Favourite episode so far, last episode was great to. Hope they keep this up and end on a high note.
I found this one to be one of the better episodes. Put it my top 2 or top 3 favourites of this season. Definitely glad to see a good episode after being so bored with a lot of Facelift.
Speedwagon from “Cult” is back as Charlie this ep FINALLY delivered and gave creepy yet strangely romantic twist ending fans expect of AHS and Manny Coto!!
To me the pace was off.. I was 20-30 mins in like “when is something gonna happen?” They could’ve cut out a whole 30 mins of meaningless conversations or even a few scenes and nothing would’ve been different… 😂😂😂
This is up there with Milk maids as my favorite episode story and writing wise. I really enjoyed the romantic taboo chemistry and it surprisngly was sad and melancholic. Is SHE THE DRAMA? Is he the Drama? Now THAT was the Drama I wanted to see OMG! Some people are saying it was a bad episode but I know I'm messed up inside. I've heard MCR songs and so many bands and songs that cover this similar subject of a romantic death, where the endings are messed up but in a twisted dark romantic kind of way. This had me contemplating many things. Like I was sad for her but what she did was messed up, but what he did in my opinion was WAY worse, because of the fallout. It was sad, dark, twisted, the ending made me feel somewhat romantic but in messed up kinda way. I was Gagged when she went back to her plain oatmeal boyfriend and I was GAGGED again at the wedding, I was like "AAAAAAAHHH!!!!", and was like why are we showing this but I knew it was gonna be good, it gave me that jawbreaker moment "I killed Liz. I killed the teen dream. Deal with it." This is my favourite this season. I can relate so much. And yes, I'm messed up that way too. I mean all AHS fans are, aren't we all? It's why we watch the show because damage recognize damage, trauma recognize trauma. I'm so impressed and hopefully they revisit this story where they actually survived or something because their love story is good. Fun fact tho, this was supposed to be episode 2 but for some reasons they last minute switch the eps up.

i always told my ex if he died id crawl in the casket w him bc i couldnt bear to be without him. we were first loves and got back together 17 years later for 3 years. it was toxic as he was a drug addict and alcoholic at this point and relapsed a lot and it was too hard so we split and 6 months later he died from an OD. his family didnt tell me and i didnt find out til 3 months later. probably for the best as i think i really would have crawled in w him. 😔🖤

jesse had like 3-4 scenes shown in the promo and trailers that were cut from the final episode, idk if they did it to save time, but i have a strong suspicion that they realized that his delivery is very blander than the girl from Drive. he looks nice tho.
I would love to see this actress in the main series! But I feel this is one of those episodes I would love to see as a series or movie... slow building her crazy, it was a good story line but it felt so rushed for me, which made it harder for me to be invested. I was interested but not invested. Loved the story only complaint is I wanted more from the characters.
This didn't feel very AHS to me. Not that vibe, and I agree we dont have to be scared. However, I think with a few tweaks and fleshing out, (pun intended) it could've been a decent 90-minute movie. 🧟♀️ 🍿 Because yeah, as you said, I was compelled.
This episode really allowed Madison Iseman to glow. I recognized her from Amazon's I know What you Did last summer and that was awful. Hopefully we see more of her in future horror shows. This episode also made me want to see Brianne Tju on AHS. She would would such a great lead character. Hopefully Ryan Murphy will bring her on board soon.
This episode was absolutely disturbing. Ryan Murphy is definitely not afraid to explore the Taboo side of things. But this particular episode for me was absolutely disturbing. This episode like all the others say for Dollhouse just didn't resonate with me honestly. The story development was good don't get me wrong there. But yeah this story was just not what I was hoping. But was very much what I had come to expect from this season.

This is really really close to beating Ba'al as my favorite episode of the series. I didn't care for Dollhouse really at all. 1, The burglar bars were EASILY wide enough for a small woman to fit through. 2, the child actor reminded me that I'd rather be watching Miles in "Bly Manor". This episode however, I absolutely adored. The chemistry was so well-rounded I could've listened to those two talk about death all day. Pacing is something this series really struggles with. I would've enjoyed Drive more if it got it's pacing right but this one has 0 issues with that. The tragic love story is straight out of classic AHS and was fun to watch. After the first scene I was hoping it wasn't just gonna be blatantly gross like Milk Maids and I was pleasantly surprised. I can't really put everything into words as to why this one worked but it was definitely the best so far this season

I got weirdly invested in this episode lol the love story between Charlie and Sam though ehhhh could have used a little more work. I think it had a great start and build up but maybe it would have been a better two part episode so that her situation with Charlie was a little better explored for the ending they got.

I know it’s a weird “relationship” between Sam and Charlie, buuut, it really remind of the romantic relationships we’ve seen through AHS, Tate and Violet, Fiona and The Axeman… they have pretty weird relationships but they understand or complete each other in a way, and I think it was really good portrayed in this episode🖤
Fiona and Axeman is such an underrated story. Honestly one of my only negatives about Coven is not enough focus on that
@@EJMoreno I actually really dislike the entire Axeman storyline if I'm honest. First of all, I think that Coven really really really didn't need gohsts in the story, not that soon after Murder House, the return of gohsts in Hotel would've been soon enough imo. Second of all, I found the Axeman himself a good and charming character and the actor did great, BUT if you ask me I think he really was in fact boring in the story. I liked his obsession for jazz, but the way they played this slow ass jazz music every single damn time he appeares on screen just throws me off during the episode every time. They made him too calm and, in the end, too pointless. Same goes for his relationship with Fiona if you ask me. One moment, she is wildly in love with him and sees him as the only light in the darkest period of her life, the other moment she just throws him to the wolves by letting the coven kill him and she's like "Oh well he fullfilled his purpose"...
Yes, I loved the originality of this story and it brought me back to murder house and how I felt when I first watched murder house like so fresh and surprising and captivating.

This episode so far is my second favorite. As a dual licensed funeral director I always get nervous when shows portray the business. It is almost always not accurate or in a negative light. Also yes there are definitely days you bring that formaldehyde smell home!! Also just a side thought I thought I’d add, I’ve been in the industry for 5 years and can say I’ve never once seen someone or myself have ever treated a decedent with any disrespect. Even though that’s just a shell of that person they deserve the same care of respect. ❤️
I liked how they handled the occupation. And they made it clear that working with the dead doesn't make ya crazy, some folks are jjst crazy

This is my second favorite episode this season! Definitely wasn’t scary but the acting and story was on point for me.
Yeah the scares came from "oh god what if this was me?!" And less "oh wow so spooky"

Necro’s charm is its LESS IS MORE episode design. No supernatural entities. No ghosts. No unnecessary murder mystery twists. No scenic shots. No subplots at all. This episode was soo much. It had the passion anger immense sadness. The love ohh my. Insane ending but sweet on that creepy way. Solid story telling. Also i would vote for her and the actor who played the grave digger to hop it into the main american horror story. They really fed on each other end the material well.

Wow. Just wow. This was actually a good episode, probably the best so far this season, the tie for second would be between "Bloody Mary" and "Dollhouse." It was a beautiful, heartbreaking, and moving story. I actually cared about Sam and Charlie. The ending blew my mind. It was fitting for the characters. Although I wished Charlie tried to help Sam in a better way, instead of ruining her life. The episode was like a metaphor for Trauma and Death. You can't hide from Death because we all experience it eventually, a hard lesson Sam and Charlie learned as kids. Also you can't bury your Trauma, it's healthier to face it in order to let go and move on. Please get some therapy.

I frigging love this episode, I looked up who the writer was and it turns out she was the script writer and supervisor for almost all of the episodes for the first three seasons of the show. which probably explained how the episode managed to keep to one story thread without meandering or trying to do stupid twists or shallow surface level commentary. i really hope we get to have her back for more episodes. also the acting was pretty good, i was worried at first cause the main actress for this was in such a mess of a show before doing this, but i'm so relieved to see that she's actually so good and that they just gave her nothing to work with on her original show. definitely would love to see her on the main show again.

Nothing against the dude but whoever wrote this episode (can't remember) is clearly the superior writer and should probably been involved in the other scripts.
I loved this episode but it was more sad than scary. This is my favorite after Dollhouse. P.S: The guy who played Charlie also played Speedwagon in AHS: Cult.

I figured necrophilia would be incorporated because of the title but when that whole see happened I couldn’t help but chuckle at how absurd the whole thing seemed and him then revealing he was still alive.
I also laughed at the wedding because that was like top tier Days of our Lives drama. 😂
It definitely wasn’t scary but I think the horror for me was that the story over all was very cringe.

This episode is the most successful in this season, it shock me successfully, made me feel gross, even after I have watch so many horror stories. And I did not expect that I could see something as romantic as this one in AHS series.Even though I could guess the ending, she killed him, as the constant style of AHS, I prefer this two to be alive and being together forever. However if I am the girl I would choose the lawyer boyfriend, he is handsome and caring, isn’t him? But Charlie do understand the girl more, very hard to choose one of them, isn’t?

I literally told my Fiancé that if the ending was after a full season of this story, it would hit me even harder and it already hit me pretty hard with just the 1 episode.
I thought it was interesting lol I think it goes through the state of mind of not being happy.. like everything is harder and even getting off. When you’re in that state you just want to be normal but it feels like it’s not for you no matter what you do.

honestly she was incredibly immersing in the role, and the story was such a strong character piece that everything just comes together! which makes me realize what we miss in AHS are great actors like Iseman (Sarah Paulson, Jessica Lang, Angela Basset) as leads in the story who can really bring their character to life.
we haven't had that in a long time, and I think that's why AHS hasn't been as good as it was in the beginning. like I'm sorry to all the new actors that Murphy brought to AHS, but they're not on the same level :(. HOWEVER, Madison Iseman is totally capable of doing those things! I agree with you EJ, they should bring her to proper AHS.

This ep was one of the favorites. The ending was incredibly beautiful in its' own morbid, trauma way.
I liked the episode. It was a Tales from the Crypt version of Romeo and Juliet. There’s some funky people in the world and the scary part of this episode is you might marry or date one.

This is my 2nd favorite of this season. The writing was so much better. I'm a huge fan of Crystal Liu she is back! she's written some of my favorite AHS episodes. I would call this a sick and twisted version of Romeo and Juliette AHS style. They are both so broken by trama they can't be with anyone else. Or in the world. I thought this episode was one of the better ones of this season. Come on EJ, everyone’s got a kink if they’re truthful. Lol! Sam liked working with things that were “stiff!” Literally! 🤣 Charlie was a hottie! I probably would’ve climbed on that table as well. 😜 The ending definitely had Romeo and Juliet vibes. The story had a loneliness and sadness to it. Finding someone who had a passion for death the way Sam did and the way they both truly respected the dead. I do feel she loved Charlie but was afraid of being ostracized by society (which she was) and her own internal conflict of what is normal behavior.
While you and I may disagree about certain episodes and even series; it is really good to see someone in the LGBTQA+ community providing a critique that isn't just the usual. Regardless; you are unapologetially yourself. That kind of unabashed bravery finally got me to do something I've been from my family for decades: I came out. It seems like the consensus is that the writers can't even get these one-shot stories all the way there. Fun, but, useless fact: my cousin works for a funeral home. Romantic is definitely not a word I have ever heard him use to describe working with the dead. Maybe season 11 of AHS will deliver a cohesive story. I was gonna quit after Double Feature; but, they always find a way to suck us back in. So, we'll see. 😀

This was my favorite episode this season by far! However as sad as it is for her character to be exposed that way, she effectively WAS a “dead body humper”; she thought he was dead and she got it on with his corpse anyway. They’re both twisted and though it was a great episode, I feel like they might’ve been trying to make us empathize with this truly gross main character. I’m sorry she had a tragic backstory, but it’s not like that absolves her of her multiple gross crimes

I haven’t really been ranking after the first couple episodes but even tho idk if I’d put it top 3, this might be one of the only tv show episodes that i ever watched where i understood everything and decided immediately that i would be watching it again 🥴
This episode reminded me of Coven, with Kyle, Madison and Zoe. Season 2 of Stories is actually pretty good. Dollhouse, Face-lift, Bloody Mary, Necro and MilkMaids are my favorite episodes. MilkMaids and Dollhouse were so amazing! Face-lift was a bit funny (seeing Judith in pigface is everything!).
Was anyone else thinking of the movie "Raw" during this episode? It was that french movie that came out in 2016 of the french girl and her sister who were cannibals. Fantastic film, i just couldn't get it out of my mind while watching this. Maybe because both feature someone reaching some kind of gratification while in the room with a corpse. Loved it. Favourite episode so far, last episode was great to. Hope they keep this up and end on a high note.
I found this one to be one of the better episodes. Put it my top 2 or top 3 favourites of this season. Definitely glad to see a good episode after being so bored with a lot of Facelift.

To me the pace was off.. I was 20-30 mins in like “when is something gonna happen?” They could’ve cut out a whole 30 mins of meaningless conversations or even a few scenes and nothing would’ve been different… 😂😂😂
This is up there with Milk maids as my favorite episode story and writing wise. I really enjoyed the romantic taboo chemistry and it surprisngly was sad and melancholic. BUT OMG THE WEDDING I'm surprised not more people there where shocked espcially her brides maids like.... I would be OH GIRL HELL NO.

Is SHE THE DRAMA? Is he the Drama? Now THAT was the Drama I wanted to see OMG! Some people are saying it was a bad episode but I know I'm messed up inside. I've heard MCR songs and so many bands and songs that cover this similar subject of a romantic death, where the endings are messed up but in a twisted dark romantic kind of way. This had me contemplating many things. Like I was sad for her but what she did was messed up, but what he did in my opinion was WAY worse, because of the fallout. It was sad, dark, twisted, the ending made me feel somewhat romantic but in messed up kinda way. I was Gagged when she went back to her plain oatmeal boyfriend and I was GAGGED again at the wedding, I was like "AAAAAAAHHH!!!!", and was like why are we showing this but I knew it was gonna be good, it gave me that jawbreaker moment "I killed Liz. I killed the teen dream. Deal with it." I'm sorry but I thought that other guy was too boring for her, which means I'm messed up too and the ending was chef's kiss this is what dark 🕶️🌑 🦇❤️🔥💀💀💀👻👻 songs are made of..

This is my favourite this season. I can relate so much. And yes, I'm messed up that way too. I mean all AHS fans are, aren't we all? It's why we watch the show because damage recognize damage, trauma recognize trauma. I'm so impressed and hopefully they revisit this story where they actually survived or something because their love story is good. Fun fact tho, this was supposed to be episode 2 but for some reasons they last minute switch the eps up.

i always told my ex if he died id crawl in the casket w him bc i couldnt bear to be without him. we were first loves and got back together 17 years later for 3 years. it was toxic as he was a drug addict and alcoholic at this point and relapsed a lot and it was too hard so we split and 6 months later he died from an OD. his family didnt tell me and i didnt find out til 3 months later. probably for the best as i think i really would have crawled in w him. 😔🖤

jesse had like 3-4 scenes shown in the promo and trailers that were cut from the final episode, idk if they did it to save time, but i have a strong suspicion that they realized that his delivery is very blander than the girl from Drive. he looks nice tho.

I would love to see this actress in the main series! But I feel this is one of those episodes I would love to see as a series or movie... slow building her crazy, it was a good story line but it felt so rushed for me, which made it harder for me to be invested. I was interested but not invested. Loved the story only complaint is I wanted more from the characters.
This didn't feel very AHS to me. Not that vibe, and I agree we dont have to be scared. However, I think with a few tweaks and fleshing out, (pun intended) it could've been a decent 90-minute movie. 🧟♀️ 🍿 Because yeah, as you said, I was compelled.

This episode really allowed Madison Iseman to glow. I recognized her from Amazon's I know What you Did last summer and that was awful. Hopefully we see more of her in future horror shows. This episode also made me want to see Brianne Tju on AHS. She would would such a great lead character. Hopefully Ryan Murphy will bring her on board soon.
This episode was absolutely disturbing. Ryan Murphy is definitely not afraid to explore the Taboo side of things. But this particular episode for me was absolutely disturbing. This episode like all the others say for Dollhouse just didn't resonate with me honestly. The story development was good don't get me wrong there. But yeah this story was just not what I was hoping. But was very much what I had come to expect from this season.
I liked it before the last 2 minutes. I was confused on why they pretty much made them a… couple by the end with sam and Charlie especially with that episode description. It’s better then the last two episodes I’d say but I still liked milkmaid more

This is really really close to beating Ba'al as my favorite episode of the series. I didn't care for Dollhouse really at all. 1, The burglar bars were EASILY wide enough for a small woman to fit through. 2, the child actor reminded me that I'd rather be watching Miles in "Bly Manor".
This episode however, I absolutely adored. The chemistry was so well-rounded I could've listened to those two talk about death all day. Pacing is something this series really struggles with. I would've enjoyed Drive more if it got it's pacing right but this one has 0 issues with that. The tragic love story is straight out of classic AHS and was fun to watch. After the first scene I was hoping it wasn't just gonna be blatantly gross like Milk Maids and I was pleasantly surprised. I can't really put everything into words as to why this one worked but it was definitely the best so far this season
