    TOP TIP
    Put a spacer in the brake caliper when you take it off. That way if you hit the brake by accident you don't end up having to rebleed the brakes because you pushed the cylinder out of the piston. That would be bad.

    I use my hardtails (and fully rigid bikes) a lot more than the full sus bikes. Much more efficient, lighter, simpler, less to go wrong and cheaper and easier to keep running. Been running hardtails & fully rigids since 1970s + various full sus bikes since early 1990s & I still have way more fun on the hardtails :-) There are very few places out here in the sticks that really need the full sus to get a good run, They are a bit more of a workout on the hartdtail but still do-able and still proper great fun when You pull off a nice clean run :-)

    Hey guys I just got my band new BMX a few days ago and now my bottom bracket creaks and clicks under load. Is this normal and easy to solve? I already tightened the bb and after that it was fine but on the next day the noise reappeared again after a few jumps and hits, should I really take apart the whole bb or is there an easier way?

    • @DavidCulshawmer-r
      @DavidCulshawmer-r 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      you don't say what BB your using , if its a sealed square taper BB then you have to install the drive side fully 1st before you install the none drive side sleeve , if its a press fit BB then your buggered , and that's why i don't buy bikes with press fit BB's :)

    • @mountainbearoutdoors
      @mountainbearoutdoors 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      yes it is possible, your spokes should have an even tension throughout, just grab them in pairs as you spin the wheel to check they feel roughly the same with a bit of flex (this will absorb shocks without breakages)

    Everything functions properly th-cam.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Nothing was damaged in the box aside from a decal on the fork. The decal was missing a piece of a corner but I ended up peeling them off anyways. Assembly is easy BUT make sure you tune up the derailleurs. Both the front and rear need adjusting. I'd advise going to a bike shop but I opted out and put in 10+ hours with the help of TH-cam. Ended up fraying a shifter cable but all in all I learned from the experience. The Brakes work well but the front caliper needs adjusting or at least mine did because the rotor was rubbing against the pads. Make sure you swap out the seat, grips, and pedals. For the short run you'll be fine though. I've read that this bike isn't built yet for hard trails but I just need it for the city. PA has some of the worst roads and being in a mountain this was a great choice. Worth the investment!

    Hey, comunity. I want to ask you if my edit on my channel is good an what i could do better. Thanks

      The riding is very good however to my eyes the editing is very cluttered, jarring and special effects heavy (in particular slowmo) some people might like that but its not really for me. If I do a film project i like to have a clear vision in my head a list of cohesive shots that tell a bit of a journey and story and I didn't really get much connection or human feeling from watching your edit. For lack of a better term its feels a little forced. Filming is completely subjective however but it wasn't particularly memorable for me if I could recommend a bike films that are more in line with what what I enjoy, what makes me stoked to ride and illustrates why biking is a super good thing to be involved in you should have a look at some of the propain zelvy boys edits, the dudes of hazards, slice of british pie, some Glen Thompson edits of events, some of Chris Atrigg's stuff that's probably a good start that might not be what your going for but for me to be overly bothered about an edit I guess the human factor far outweighs the riding in question
