Kinda “strange” that every time you choose to randomly roll…. It ALWAYS picked the lesser rarity. The illusion that it could pick the legendary on first pick. Is sus. There’s some internal roll chance happening here that is FAR lower than 30%
It is stated that the chance of Legendaries and Shimmer Legendaries are 9% and 1% respectively. I think this refers to the chance of getting them on each given pick, not to roll them in the selection of 3, since that seems way higher for both.
The worst thing a Player could do in this event is to go after a shimmer legendary. For a player to guarantee a Legendary shimmer esper They would have to spend 23000 Coins (2000x10 for pity and 300x10 for the ripples). Meanwhile, the Event Pass only gives you 19600 coins.

I judged it wrong, I called it a scam at first. But after getting r2 Feng and 21 sakura ripples with just 4k~ish nexus, it's totally worth it

The cheaper thing you can do is camping and wait the 30 minutes to refresh, so you dont waste the snow currency xd
