I think she's working in collaboration with a company that does kitchens. She had said something like that in the previous video when she was letting us in on the kitchen plan

Have you ever thought a open concept kitchen . Maybe knocking down one of the walls . It will make it more spacious and open the room open 💕💕

I know some said open plan concept kitchen is good but I very much want my future kitchen to be enclosed. Open plan concept makes the whole living room, if not the whole house smell of food. Food smells on the clothes of everyone present at the time of cooking and also not all visitors you want to cook when they’re around.
This kitchen will be fine. We are waiting for the finished look

I do the same like you i keep inspo on my phone since 2019. You kept yours since 2017. Thats amazing. I would love the open plan concept. When you have guests you can cook and entertain at same time. Without leaving them unattended. You kept the wall. Its too late to knock down. You look so lovely by the way. Love your hair like this. Looking fwd to seeing the design transformation. High ceilings are nice.

I love your dream, it's pretty. I'm glad you are finally able to achieve your goals and sharing it with us. I love an open concept kitchen and I have, but it's a rented apartment. I thought that the wall where your window is, would be extended to give you more space.

In other countries you can make adjustments to the apartment or rental home with the owner's consent, but not where I live. I have fake kitchen drawers( the architect was laughing at future renters when planning for the building of my kitchen). lol

Thanks for the video. I notice that renovations to a rental property is common in Nigeria. Is there an agreement you reach with the landlord on the investment made to the property should you choose to move?

I have noted that lots of renters in African Countries remodel their spaces. Is this approved by the owner/landlord and do you get a reduction in your rent for the remodel? Why invest so much into someone else's property instead of buying a property and improving on that or having a house built to your spefications? Typically improvements are at the expense of the owner.
