It’s been years since this and I still just cannot get over this group. Regardless of your opinion, what these people do on the scale they do it is absolutely amazing. Literal geniuses.
So many people don't have the things that we have and they're still happy, so that's why we should always be happy and enjoy every moment of our lives.
About 3 years ago I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life, but I found a podcast called Darknet Diaries that talked about stuff like this and made me realize how much I wanted to enter the world of InfoSec. I'm about to graduate with a BS in Cyber Intelligence now, and I love all of these videos because they really bring back that amazing feeling of discovery I had back then. It makes me happy that your videos will probably give other people that same spark of interest. Disrupt is a GOAT content creator and one of the few that I genuinely try to tell everyone about, and I'm so hyped to see how much the channel has grown since I discovered it.
Dude, im an illustrator. And i've been trying to figure out how to mimic your VR/3D world/Metaverse aesthetic to basically make like a new type of cyberpunk but with 2D illustrations, and trust me, its really really hard to do it, even with 3D stuff its really hard to do it, whoever is editing (and has been editiing your olders videos) its really good at this, Love ur channel dude.
An animator recently told me to stop doing any program that doesn't involve 3D work. 3D is the future. 2d is out. he was doing very well for himself, and his art sells pretty well too.
(I think he meant, even if it looks 2D, you should do it in a 3D space) he also told me to learn blender and watch tutorials, thats how he got started. Sorry if this a dumb comment, i hope it helps in some way. Disrupt's quality is amazing.

I've watched this video 5 or 6 times in a row. I just cannot get over the quality of the editing. It's absolutely incredible. The flow of this video and they quality of storytelling is some of the best I have ever seen from a documentary. Astonishing work, a huge congratulations to all involved. At 5:01, right after their statement... The way the camera pans out, and the heavy-beat music kicks in, it brings on this overwhelming feeling of momentum and urgency. You know something is coming and it's all kicked into gear, it's phenomenal production.

I knew someone who just laughs it off whenever I talk about privacy until one day, her social media account including her bank account got hacked and involved in a scam. for "The Internets Deadliest Trolls" and their "Victims". All they seem to have done was mess with a few billion dollar companies and harass a couple of government workers. Nothing of actual damage was done to the public other than wake people up to the sensitivity of online structures. If this is the worst that's come so far i fear what'll happen when a group that is willing to actually harm people pops up.

When this was happening, it was like learning Superheroes exist. They went out with a bang instead of crawled with a whimper like Anonymous did. Following those antics on 4chan was some of the most fun I'd had in my life. I personally believe everyone involved deserves pardons. Them and the Wikileaks crew are the reason I got involved with computers in the first place. I may be biased, but I think that even their stupidest ops were legendary acts of defiance. If the Government can monopolize violence, they should not be allowed to monopolize information on top of that. If a corporation can monopolize wealth and industry, they should not be able to monopolize life and happiness. There needs to be that injection of chaos for anything bad to get better, even is sometimes things get worse before then. Even if nothing changes at all it will still be more interesting in the end.
