Hey. Great video man! Listen, this is a very common thing.. And very well spotted that the environment around us changes all the time, and it's frustrating if you don't notice it, and for some reason have less time than usual.. A lot of it can be solved by scheduling. plan out what day in the week you will work on the game, that will also leave you time for netflix and things like that, and you won't feel bad about spending your time elsewhere, if it is planned out.
Listen, Today, around 6 hours from now, I will release a video on why indie devs are losing motivation, and how they can deal with it.. At least some of it. Please drop by 🙂

Also.. About monetisation... I've had my channel now for around 4 years, I just hit my video number 100, and I first last week got approved for monetisation. Been working my ass off on my channel.. And just like you. I see developers putting out 4 videos, and then they get a shit-ton of views, and it's not even good videos or an interesting game.. so yeah.. what's going on? I don't know...
but forget about the other developers, you will reach your goals eventually.. Just takes a lot of work and dedication

I know its cliche but just take it one day at a time. Its all any of us can do. Reality can be brutal and people are awful. Shit is fucked. I think thats why so many of us prefer fantasy worlds. Luckily, we exist in a time where we can create and explore those worlds
