Thanatosdrakon's kill animation reminds me of Zara's death in the movie, which I do remember was something a lot of fans were disappointed wasn't in the game

If your wondering why thanatosdrakon was choosen over hapzegopteryx Is because thanatosdrakon has a more complete skeleton while hapzegopteryx only has a neck bone.
Although it SEEMS underwhelming, I'm still greatly happy that we have the Segisaurus. If we didn't have it or the Microceratus, there would be a noticeable absence in complete InGen's List Jurassic Park builds. Now us lifetime JP fans can make our parks the way that John Hammond intended.

If this isn’t the last DLC and the next DLC is actually the last one, I would like to see a Chaos Theory DLC which would include the Becklespinax/Altispinax, along with Smilodon to finish up the movie canon lineup of creatures, along with the Chaos Theory variants of the Suchomimus, and the Pachyrhinosaurus, along with many of the missing skins from Camp Cretaceous like Firecracker, more Parasauralaphus Lux skins, the Grey Ceratosaurus, Burned Toro, Maria, Mantah Corp Velociraptor, and the Green Carnotaurus from Chaos Theory, and more!

Hypothetically.. placing kelp beside one and other very very close, if the marine creatures don’t swim through and glitching a fence ontop. I wonder if it’s possible to have functional ‘in lagoon’ fences… Edit: kelp might be way too low not sure yet

Been looking forward to this video today at work. I shall be getting the pack on release, I like the idea of building a small species preserve on the San Marie Bay map with a Megalodon in the natural lagoon.
(apols for double posting) I've just watched the start of your Glitch Vid again and it occurs to me that the effect you have when showing how to put plants and rocks in the marina - that combined with the kelp will really look like the kind of North American coastline that Great Whites favour when they are on their travels. I'm a bit ensorcelled by the kelp! Can't wait to play with it. I've not tried using the Glitches yet either, but I feel a Glitchy Park lurking in my soul now. Sorry to waffle, just v excited for this pack. TYSM again for your brilliant vids, Evo.
I put that music in :P The Frontier music you hear the second time I do the hatchery exit (with the above water camera perspective) . It's Jaws-inspire,d but obviously not the actual theme.
I'm blown away by the skins for everything in this pack. I wasn't too excited at first for it, but I really love how they handled the Otodus megalodon skins, and animations. I'm glad it can do combat with the Mosasaurus, etc too. The Microceratus is very stunning. Not a single skin and pattern combo I dislike. So many colors. Will easily become a staple in my parks going forward I'm sure, despite its tiny size. The Thanatosdrakon is a great addition. Seems to be in the medium-medium large size class, and it is finally nice to have one with pycnofibers in that size class (your other options are giant - Quetzalcoatlus, and tiny - Jeholopterus and 2022 Dimorphodon variant). Segisaurus is the weakest addition for more, but I suppose it is nice to have something in between the Coelophysis and Compsognathus sizes (other then Sinosauropteryx, my beloved). I'm shocked that it can properly kill goats, but Sinosauropteryx still was never fixed in that regard (a shame). Anyways a great pack and I'll pick it up when I get paid next (need to pick up the hybrid pack too, but waiting for that one to go on sale). That said I think I'm really happy for the kelp and new spotlight addition. I'm really glad the kelp has a tiny hitbox, and lots of strands per option. It will be a lot easier to fill out a lagoon with it, then say with the corals and rocks for example. It also opens up the ability to have a multi biome lagoon (or several lagoons).
The colors for these are in point! The beak of the Thanatosdrakon is amazing, and so is the crest of the microceratus. Love to see them putting in more effort in paid dinos
they should make the underwater viewing platform breakable when big underwater creatures get agitated so that people get sucked out into the pool so we have animations for humans getting eaten by them
Maybe for JWE3 or whatever it’ll be called there could be a building taht has a hamster cage style habitat for mini dinos with a walkthrough glass tunnel so guests (and 1st person players of course) can see the mini dinos better in the next game
I’m happy that Segisaurus isn’t just a rehash of the Coelophysis. One other way you can tell it’s definitely smaller than Coelophysis is because Coelophysis doesn’t have to pack hunt guests or goats.
i am DEFINETLY going to get it because i dont have the bisyn expansion so i dont have the quetzal but the thanosdrakon is going to be a good alternative for me and i am so excited for the meg because i always wished to have the meg in jurassic world somehow and its perfect that now i can finally add it into my park
I knew this video was to come out today and was so excited. I got very bad results from yesterday’s test and did a different test today. I also got braces after 2 years and it was do annoying. Thus video gave me some hope and I Thank You for making this video and many others. This channel is what will get me through
This pack was a surprise for me, I didn't expect much of it but it came with great species, especially Microceratus (finally) and Thanatosdrakon, but what surprised me the most was the Kelp, sure it wasn't a brush but gladly they make it easy to place it in the lagoons, like you said very solid pack. The free update was short, but the Kelp makes it worth it. Hopefully this is not the last DLC, great video Evo and thanks for the showcase.
the thanatosdrakon is coooool. They have the vibe of super angry aggressive herons or pelicans lol, theyre great. I think they didnt go for Hatze because it being tiny next to quetz would feel wrong, and it not being able to walk also.
Thanatosdrakon was discovered in 2022 in Argentina so it’s a pretty new species. I really like that frontier choose to show newer species of prehistoric animals!

I think the reason Thantosdraken is in the game is because Frontier likes to add a lesser known dinosaur to the DLCs example is the Shonisaurus for the Marine DLC it’s their way of showing lesser known species.

Okay I can't get over the Megalodon, the skins are AMAZING and that jump for the feeder - chefs kiss 😍also those little cuddle animations for the Microceratus! I can't!

Probably won't get this right away but it does look very cool. This game is just an absolute gem and everything I dreamed of while playing JP:OG as kid.

I like the thanatosdakon as the hapsagotic would be like the quezaquotlaz when it looks odd in the Avery but it looks like it fits in but my favourite is the Meg AND THE KELP but evo what’s your favourite
I think the reason Thantosdraken is in the game is because Frontier likes to add a lesser known dinosaur to the DLCs example is the Shonisaurus for the Marine DLC it’s their way of showing lesser known species.
