Hello, you're doing a great job. Just to note here that not all courses in Alison are free. Some, you'll pay to access the certificates. I did some courses that are actually free but for diploma in nursing, I had to pay for it.
So I think is good to do intensive research on this.

No they don't. But you can check for similar courses in the QQI level 5, or do the UK ones.

Some companies can offer you employment without any additional training. Your nursing background met all the criteria.
Get all the jobs you like. But there's no homes available. Ireland is in a housing crisis so and the places that are available are almost €3.000 per month rent

Once I complete them, they will get in touch via phone to inform me of my performance. They have mentioned that they can only proceed with applicants who meet the residency or visa requirements to work in Ireland. Could you please help me understand what this means? I am currently living in Ethiopia, Africa. Am I eligible for this opportunity based on their criteria?

You are welcome dear❤ I studied some of their job listing on Indeed, and most of them will always state QQI level 5 or EQUIVALENT. So I believe it will cover for qqi, since one can't do this training from overseas.
I am currently waiting to also confirm this from the Irish recruiters and I will update us all.

The courses are free but to get your certificate is very expensive. I did diploma in nursing and adult patient, I have not been able to claim my certificate because of how expensive it is.

Alison is not free
There are free courses on Alison although you are required to pay for certificates ( I already pinned this in the comment section)

@@exprole2024. I am not sure that is what he meant, although I didn't see where he said this. Maybe he recommended another service ( which is absolutely okay). Feel free to use any paid platform with good accreditation, if you have the money and ready to pay for the courses. The major aim is to optimize your CV, so as to be invited for an interview.

I have done it since last year. I did 2 Diplomas with Alison. They take just a month to complete the 2 Diplomas - Mental health and caregiving.
