@@Nashville_129 Keep in mind those explosions in BeamNG are mods and the game wasn't really built for explosion physics in mind, unlike Teardown. I am sure as the Beam team advance the game, they will be able to have better models in place for explosions where the cars can break open and tear apart properly from the source of the explosion. However, soft body physics are still much more realistic than voxel based physics when it comes to vehicle destruction and even if it wasn't voxel based, it still wouldn't be at all accurate because explosions cause metal to bend and deform and simulating that is what BeamNG does; soft-body physics. A combination of voxel and soft-body would maybe make Teardown better but since it doesn't, it isn't. BeamNG has shown many times that it is able to pretty accurately simulate car crashes, and each car crumples in different ways, from older ones folding in on the driver compartment at the same speeds as newer ones managing to more appropriately absorb the impact and have a more intact passenger compartment. It's very fascinating, and if you look at those videos, I am certain that you would agree that it is indeed more accurate than Teardown ever could be at simulating vehicle damage even if it wasn't based in voxels.
