I would imagine they could, depending on what your pitch is when you’re meeting with these property owners. And it certainly could be, since you’ll be learning finance from the ground up, which is a fairly important side of investing
Feeling really good that I’m already doing a lot of the stuff that you mentioned. I’m just looking for one property for my business. I can’t imagine doing it all the time. Would be fun though. Thanks for the tips.
I just talked to a broker saying to stay away from NNN lease properties, he said they are not “good investments,” I was perplexed because I don’t agree

I don’t know enough about your situation to recommend either way. I tend to say do your first deal close to home so you can see it, manage it, etc
