@@alcarinquez milligan is very earthy and subtle,,love it muchly,he s retired now,,,im glad i got mine,i have a lot of whistles,,,love my lir as well,ive heard many say why so many,,they all sound te same,,,i dont think so and they play differently as well,,,i make them as well,,lol

i have two from him,,fantastic whistle,,,just ordered a michael burke as well,,,i carry my milligan wherever i go
