I said, "The unit is already rented & I am in process of removing the ad!" At this point she told me, "As long as the ad is in place, you need to consider all offers!" Told her goodnight & walked away while she was screaming that it was, "Unfair", "You are a liar!", "I am going to sue you for 'bait & switch'." She was trying to get a reaction out of me. I just kept walking. I am still waiting for the summons to court.

I've known people like her. They are soooo nice when you first meet them, but are hiding this strange overbearing personality that is beyond self entitlement. She is an awful human. For the record, I don't trust him 100% either. He is a little too "Hey I'm a nice guy" kind of person.

Same. He seemed to good to be true. But he could genuinely be a very happy guy after hearing how good his life is going. Covid depressed a lot of people but for people like me, I'm so glad I'm alive Nd so is my family.
The facts are that non payments and rubber checks left her in court a bunch with her landlord. She could've been evicted so much sooner. He gave her SSI many chances and he felt bad for her so he was sympathetic. He probably felt like life was getting him down while she was around. But now he's got her out and is feeling good.
Excuses, excuses, excuses. she is a grifter. And her body language during the interview after the case shows what kind of person she is. i have home and retail property and 99 percent of my tenants are absolute angels.

It's possible to get lung cancer and not be a smoker, just fyi. I'm unaware of exact figures, but I'll admit smokers are more at risk of getting lung cancer. However, it is incorrect in the assumption one must be/have been a smoker in order to get lung cancer.

Right from the first few seconds defendant was in court and the judge was telling her 'we won't use your last name' and the defendant didn't even have the courtesy to look at the judge when she was speaking to her - this says everything the judge needed to know.

The way the defendant was getting so angry at the judge and the plaintiff I totally believe she did all that damage and also was trying to use her cancer diagnoses as an excuse to her awful behavior.
Just because she may have done some good helpful stuff in other countries doesn’t necessarily make her a good person.

I can understand the defendant being angry about being diagnosed w/ cancer. BUT, she's a loud, mean-spirited and vexatious person who needs to be slapped by the thick pile of evidence that the lawsuit contains and found 100% guilty of and wholly responsible for leaving behind that disgusting mess like detritus in her wake. She could've contacted any number of organizations who are committed to helping people struck with cancer to help her clean up the putrid mess she left behind. Pretty damn gross. 🤢
Ok, this one was off the charts. The defendant is her own worst enemy. Talk about getting in your own way. The plaintiff was calm, reasonable and listened to the Judge. It’s very obvious who’s telling the truth.
